A famous occupant of a seat in the House of Lords once said the Courts do not guarantee JUSTICE however what they ought to do is guarantee FAIR TRIAL.Everybody has a right to be heard in Court subject to the Law so the Petitioners must also use whatever tools possible under the Law to expedite their case. I hope you won't become like that low life Michael Borkor. i like your articles but this time around you are loosing it. Try and project a balanced analysis so we can make our mind but do not follow the Borkor's to the pit.

  Nana Addo must concede defeat and allow peace and stability to grow if he so loves Ghana.I will hold Nana Addo responsible if any violence erupts in the country.The fact that NDC has the Majority in parliament with such a huge margin tells you that NPP cannot pass a single Bill in parliament even if the court rules in favour of Nana Addo.This is a concrete logic and a decisive truth.It's practically impossible for the minority to overshadow the majority in parliament unless Nana Addo will rule by dictatorship which undermines democracy.What is the use of having a ceremonial president who cannot have any approval in parliament?That's the quetion.Nana Addo should face the reality and concede defeat because we have never had a president with minority in parliament before.I don't see why Nana Addo is gambling with governance by now.It has always been the majority that carries the vote.As it stands now,the court may not be able to call for a new general elections because it's very expensive.The only option left for the court to recommend electoral reforms. for 2016.Apparently,Prez Mahama has not broken any law,he is the legitimate president despite Nana Addo's petition,that's the law.Had Nana Addo file a petition for a simple recount this case could have been solved long time ago.I don't see Nana Addo becoming president any time soon,remember also the International Community support for Prez Mahama,that's the most important issue.Thank you.

  Nana Addo is the one playing delay tactic but the law will catch up with him very soon.He filed a wrong petition,we all know that if you want a very fast court decision after elections,you call for a recount.Nana Addo was afraid of the International Community's reactions and opted for easy way to make himself relevant for a while like Prof.Mills did in 2004.I believe Nana Addo will come back in 2016 but he will face some challenges in his own party.Thank you.

  YOU CANNOT DICTATE TO THE SUPREME COURT. IF YOU HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE IN JUDGING & FAST TRACKING, THEY WOULD HAVE BROUGHT THE CASE TO YOU.FOOLISH MAN.

  Are you living in a real world or in Coucouland.
  Immagine reading a story book of 11,000 pages and feel the boredom, no matter how interesting it is let a lone reading and grasping evidence put on 11,000 pink sheets.
  I wonder how thr court room and offices of the SC judges will be with 11,000 pages of paper flying around everywhere.
  NPP must get real and you need to advise your mates instead of writing useless and meaningless articles everyday
