If not for JJ Rawlings, such bush rats would have high jacked Ghana's resources and inflicted burdensome hardship to the majority poor through kalabuley as they did.

Justice Kpegah's suit against Akuffo Addo is simple yet the sort of reaction from the these NPP native Somalians from the Ghanaian bush proves their indulgence in violence, aggression and incessant hostilities.

Only JJ Rawlings kept them in their holes when he flew one fighter jet in their vicinity.And this time should they attempt any nonsense in Ghana,we shall castrate them all.

Kpegah failed to do this and opted for a suit. He therefore deserves all the insults and attacks being rained on him. I am shocked to read that Kpegah is refusing to vaccate a government bungalow he occupied as a judge. He clearly has no shame.He should be evicted immediately so that the residence can be used by a serving Justice of the Court.

If they have a good caze, the supreme court will determine it. In the same way, if Justice Kpegah, has a case the high court will determine that as well.
Those insulting Justice Kpegah should rather provide evidence to the contrary. That is, to show that WED and WAD are the same as NAD and that affidavit or other requirements or actions have been taken to support any such change of name.

Is Dr. Bokor being fair? I ask?

Is Dr. Bokor a lawyer and what is the status or the profession of Justice Kpegah?

And as Dr. Bokor himself asked the question;

Why did Justice Kpegah not challenge the status of Nana Akuffo Addo before the elections and he is rather doing it now?

Why is Dr. Bokor, an educated person as he is , not seeing the 'stupidity' and 'folly' in Justice Kpegah's petition, as a former Supreme Court Judge?

Why did Dr. Bokor, to be fair to himself, not comment on the allegations that Justice Kpegah is still using government's bungalow and has not honored his liability on the loans he used to purchase his fleet of vehicle?

Is Dr. Bokor going to the side of Justice Kpegah just because the names, Bokor and Kpegah, could be traced to the same source? Sorry for being seen here as tribalistic.

And reading seriously between the lines,

is Dr. Bokor not at breach of 'Contempt of Court', he wrote about in his previous article, if really, this petition has been filed by Justice Kpegah at the Supreme Court?

And lastly, just consider the last sentence in his conclusion:

".. If he doesn’t, he will remain a carcass to attract hungry scavengers. And the vultures are always circling above him!.."

Why should one go after a mad man if he is naked in a bathroom and a mad man bolts away with his clothes?

In Akan custom, children are given two names, 'family or home name', and 'school name'.

When I was born, my father gave me the name, Kofi Asaase- Asa. I was always weeping when I was called by that name and so he changed it to Kofi Donkoh.

My question to both, Dr.Bokor and Justice Kpegah:

Do they know the name I used to graduate at The School Of Adminitration,Legon, University of Ghana?

I pray that Dr. Bokor would adrress this question in his part 11 of his next article.

It is just unfortunate that both of them are not Akans and therfore lack the basic Akan traditions.

My advice to Justice Kpegah and Dr. Bokor is that;

".They should learn to aim before they shoot and NOT to shoot before they aim.
