I want him to come out with: 1.Akufo-Addo's birth certificate when he was in primary and Form 4 the names he use and why, 2.At SSS the name on his certificate and check whether there is a new birth certificate. 3. The Universities he attended and the names he use and check again whether there is another birth certificate apart from the previous ones. 4. The law school he went and the name he use and after Law whether there is yet another change in name and birth certificate. with this the public will know which kind of person Justice Kpegah is.

I don't also believe the smear campaign mounted by the Ewes and the NDC has any influence on the fortunes of the NPP and its leader Nana Akufo-Addo. The last elections and the one before it prove that Ghana is split into two, and only few votes decide the winner. This is why some parties resort to fraudulent activities.

I believe that Nana has something his opponents are envious of. Otherwise, some of these criticisms have no merits. Rawlings according to the WikiLeaks smokes wee and cocaine. Moreover, he committed a lot of atrocities that Mr. kpegah and Bokor know but they will never raise them because he is one of their own.

This has made me to feel that Nana could be a great president if he should emerge from all these impediments placed in front of him by his opponents.

Courts hand out decisions according to the arguments made by the competing parties, not according to the actual truth value of the case. There may be something fishy about the manner in which Akufo-Addo became a lawyer in Ghana but if he has good lawyers who argue well in court, the case will be decided in his favour and Ghanaians will not be any wiser about the true nature of Akufo-Addo's legal qualifications. So that not even a court can settle this case.

The same principle applies to the NPP's petition at the Supreme Court. If, as it appears, nobody knows who actually won the 2012 elections, how can the justices of the court know that? Are they Gods? They're not. The only thing they can decide on is who presented the better legal arguments in court. So that matter is going to be decided and Ghanaians will still not know who actually won the elections.

Akufo declaring his legal credentials himself is something he settles with the public. This has nothing to do with legal issues. It has to do with the trust he wants the public to have in him. It is his destiny with the public. It is also a moral issue. No court can rule on that!

If he Kpegah really that Nana is practicing law in Ghana without a license, all he is required to do as an officer of the Court, is to file a complaint with the disciplinary committee of the Ghana Bar Association. That body is mandated to investigate that matter and to issue the appropriate sanctions or recommendations to the Courts if need be. Kpegah's conduct is purely political and he is deserves all the barn yard epithets being hurled at him. This case is frivolous and Kpegah and his supporters should bury their face in shame. Bokor, did you check with the GBA on the status of Nana's license before you wrote this crap in defense of Kpegah. On a side note, I am surprised Kpegah
has not vaccated the government bungalow following his retirement several years ago. Don't you think he should be evicted? What a douche bag!

I just fail to understand why people think that Nana Addo should have the effontery and liberty to accuse other decent persons of thievery and be applauded for his action and when one courageous Ghanaian steps forward to say that Nana the accuser may himself be guilty of a crime all hell suddenly breaks loose with his supporters yelling invectives and insults at all persons perceived to be in support of the eminent justice's suit. Yet, ironically and in private, even his admirers admit that those he accuses of being thieves have a better reputation and integrity to protct than him, given his string of past debauches stretcing from alleged murder to cocaine sniffing and licentious living, and yet they submitted to the juridiction of the courts with calm for their verdict. How many times does this knucklehead of a dwarf wish us to tell him that while he may Lord in Akyem and Ashanti, the rest of democtratic Ghana considers him but a mere citizen like any of us.

The answer to this question alone, should have dissuaded any reasonable and intelligent person, to back out from supporting Justice Kpegah, if supporting him is NOT based on tribalism or 'people from the same area should be supported', no matter how foolish his reasons.
