Is it an indictment on the the citizenry of the country and its citizenry as criminal to the core, stoopid, or just people who love to grope in the darkness for refusing to choose civility by implementing functional policies such as comprehensive address system, Permanent records keeping system or database, Unique identification cards, Right To Information Act, 12,000 Megawatts of power, 10,000 miles of dual rail-tracks network for the size of an economy such as ours?

Take Right To Information Act as an example, Liberia and Nigeria have already implemented theirs, even though we started decades ago. If we had Right To Information Act for instance, this pastors to Jerusalem to solve our dumsor dumsor power crisis, water outages et cetera, we could have gotten to the bottom of it as to who is financing or sponsoring it.

Until we put the rudimentary fulcrum that make Ghanians more responsible and law abiding, we are not going anywhere in hurry. In fact, we can kiss the country we know as GH good bye.

Katakyie, what is wrong is wrong. No matter where it comes from (NDC or NPP). Your article appears to suggest that you believe in "an eye for an eye" or if one is having a bath and a naked person comes for his/her clothes and runs away with them, the person in the bathroom must also run naked after the naked thief for the clothes. If we live in a society of an eye for an eye, we will all go blind and there will be no one to lead us.

You will agree with me that Ghana's democracy is very young and developing. Even in the developed democracies, some politicians behave and act in a manner that is unacceptable from time to time. However, the difference is that either that politician is made to withdraw a wrong statement, apologise or even resign. That is what I assumed Ghana is aspiring to but what you are suggesting is the opposite.

On the particular allegation of NDC or state security being behind the Bawumia accident, both Sir John and Asiedu Nketia were wrong (Asiedu Nketia also alleged to have said that NPP stands to benefit from Bawumia's demise). Both should be condemned and made to withdraw the statements and apologise, unless both can support their claims with credible evidence and not mere suspicion of speculation.

The problem in Ghana and with most Ghanaians is that, we tend to defend the indefensible, depending on where one stands.
