    english isn't his L1 or mother tongue,, english is imposed on Ghanaians so whatever mistake he makes remember english isn't his mother tongue

    Importing vehicles threatens the dynamic Ghanaian car industry, hence the duties to deter people like you.

    Look at the utter wrecks on sale here for $10,000 plus. In Europe they would long since have been scrapped.
