Nana Akuffo Addo had been vetted a couple of times in parliament, his CV was well scrutinised because he was one person the NDC don't feel comfortable with because of his smartness as a lawyer and his popularity and experince as a politician. Throughout these vettings there was no one single intelligent person in the NDC to challenge Nana Addo that he had not been called to the bar because definitely it is stated in his CV. And the NDC being in Minority at those times were expected to scrutinise every Ghanaian being presented for Ministerial appointment to lead Ghanaians. If Bokkor and his new mentor Kpegah are right then the question to ask is. Is the NDC fit to lead this nation? Clearly they don't even understand their role as politicians, all they know is lie, deceive, insult and get power and when they have gotten it steal the people's money. These are the implications of what Bokkor and Kpegah are telling us. No wonder you can have someone like Baba Jamal who wants to lead Ghana tell us that if government provides sheep say it's a cow, this is the mentality of the NDC and yet some Ghanaians will vote for such persons to lead them. Faking school records, bribing their way through certification has been a norm in Ghanaian Higher Learning institutions, and the only evidence I have is that majority of Ghanaian professionals have not clue on how to function in the profession for which they have the degree. Ghanaian journalists are the worst at this. It is incredible to think that you can study journalism entirely in Twi, and not even be able to comprehend the actual language who the knowledge originates from English. Spoken and Written. Now lets be frank, I have encountered a few foreign professionals, whose practices can scare you to death, but in Ghana, it is like the culture and right thing to do.

Why is this hard for Nana to do? This is what is making the whole issue complicated and suspicious for even those people sitting on the bench!
To put matters at rest, Nana Addo should produce a document to CV explaining the pathway he followed to becoming a lawyer. The document he produces should show when he Nana left Legon(UOG) to Britain, show which institution in Britain accepted him for law school or training and the years he attended with certificate/degree/diploma awarded.
In addition, he should explain the process which got him through the Ghana BAR(GBA). Did he take a bar exam in Ghana or not? If yes, then when? If he did not take an examination, then a reason should be given.
Until some kind of explanation is clear to Ghanaians, he and his defendants will have a difficult job in their hands. Frankly speaking, the insults heaped at justice Kpegah and the 30 years of excellent practice defense used to defend Nana does not do anything for him. If anything at all, it only begs the question that why Nana’s defendants will quickly refer to those achievements but not to the schools he attended or the degree and certificate he acquired!

Myjoyonline.com has procured a list of persons on the Roll of Lawyers in Ghana which seems to authenticate that, 2012 torch bearer for the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo was called to the Bar in Ghana, in the year 1975.
The document contains names of all lawyers called to the Bar in Ghana from 1877- September, 2005. It states the year a lawyer was first called to the Bar or admitted abroad and the dates they were enrolled in Ghana.
The NPP flagbearer has been sued by a former Justice at the Supreme Court, Frank Kpegah for alleged impersonation.
Justice Kpegah is claiming information available to him indicates that Nana Akufo-Addo was never called to the Ghana Bar but “rather one W.E.D Akufo-Addo - who was called to the middle temple in the United Kingdom on the 22nd of July, 1971 and on the roll of lawyers in Ghana as No.1190.
However, the document obtained by Myjoyonline.com has one “W.A.D akufo-Addo (M)” on Page 26, as having been called to the Bar on July 22, 1971 and enrolled on July 8, 1975 as No. 1190.

In fact, I don't see how any serious judge who loves Ghana's stability will rule to overturn the status quo. However, it's also clear that the NDC is made up of the most crooked politicians ever to have walked on Ghanaian soil. Increasingly, they're also proving to be the most incompetent.
2. We've been staying tuned in for ages for one shred of evidence from the NDC to support all the dirt they have thrown at Nana Addo among other lies they've told Ghanaians, from Yaa Naa's death to stolen gold at BoG. Whe the NDC says you should look up, you better look down!

if later in life someone makes a serious allegations about Akuffuo Addo to the judge Kpegah and the judge does his research and investigations and finds out there is something fishy he needs clarification from the courts, he has the moral right to take the matter up.
Look, you people should not tell Ghanaians to swallow this case and sit down quietly. This is a serious matter. It is all about morals. Solving this crime will help stop similar future crimes to continue.
Do you know how many are people in jail for similar crimes? Or is it because this happened to be affecting a high profile person you know or whatever relationship you have with him?
Your kind of attitude is the reason why Ghana is so corrupt. Listen, if bad moral behavior means nothing to you and your family, just keep quiet and keep it to your self because it is a shameful attribute.

But what do you read, insults upon insults which actually goes to confirm that indeed, Nana Akufo Addo has something to hide. Infact, the whole Ghanaian society and institutions is built on criminality so much so that it is very difficult to distinguish who is without unblemished record. Just look at our religious leaders flaunting their ill gotten wealth from poor worshipers to the policeman on the highway, to to the lawyer who buys plot of land for his overseas (Ghanaian client) who sold the land within months when his client died because he knows contacts and loopholes to effect his dubius ways. Dr. Bokor on numerous occassion condemned both major political parties (NDC & NPP) including individuals such as Rawlings, Dr. Kwabena Adjei, Asiedu Nketia the list goes on and on. It is not that he hates Nana Akufo Addo as a person but the way and manner he conducts himself attract few to his side and quite a large number of people detest which i also do. In every advance country such as UK where Nana Akufo Addo lived and studied, the first thing the police will ask when they stop you is your full name , followed by date of birth and house address. Next is to ask if you have any wallet on you. If they find any ID card or a bank card in a different name , then that is where the suspicion and the grilling begins. Akufo Addo and all politicians know these facts and try to fool you not question them. Akufo Addo is ready to dance and let music begins.

In a real democracy these things happen even if we see it as a distraction from the pressing issues of the day such as the constant lights out and water shortages .
