  If the Kuffour regime did not appoint any Voltarian to a any top post, nobody should blame him. I don't think Kuffour in his heart of hearts has any grudge against the Volta people. Fact is the Voltarians did not participate in cooking the soup, therefore they should not expect even a spoonful at all. This is a winner takes all situation.
  
  What makes me angry is this simmering assumption about the Volta Region not being Ghanaians. Let the rest of Ghana conduct a referendum NOW to excise that region from their midst. I believe the Volta Region will never die because of its so-called poverty.
