ruling, is not about been like some body.when the fact is openly known. its not like been like some body. its about life if a thief is caught, its not like been been like some body ist about thruth for it is said the truth shall make you free. Ghanaians are not better than the people of Kenya. its about a good way of appling good priciples. that is why we have some thing call amendments of constitutions. If your laws are old, antiquated, I believe you have to repell it. That is what it is. If the Ghanaian law is out fashioned, than I believe it has to be changed, for no one would like to live in an inferor system.
the would has so many constitutions, so why would we just stay on the wrong side? its like using a combstion engine in this current times of electrical engines which is beef up with more miles.
Ghana has to learn better, chose the right side of life for its people than staying on the death parth. why do we think Jesus the Christ came? before than, didnt we have the Mossianic Laws working? We have to be ways to stay with the truth.
Life is a road that has a whole bunch of parth and signs, but for you to emerge a successful andidate, you have to chose the right way. May be the Kanyaian road, could be the smallest parth, but the best way for Big Big Biggest Ghana so what ? fools learn to use common sence, when it comes to sharing of ideas, and stop kicking down cans down the road.

It will be hard to understand the logic behind such unwitty decision. Allowing one or two cameras will be enough to beam the process to the entire world without security risks. If this is the depth of mind spearheading the adjudication process then the nation is in deep trouble of waiting to get the best of results.
Why keeping it secret ? The OJ Simpson's case in America opened the transparency doors to judicial proceedings worldwide. It has been two decades ago. Ghana is too late to catch on to it.

The basis of challenging the use of audio visual methods and the other suggestions of the NPP which are strange to the courts are because NPP has presented raw data to the court as evidence. You can imagine the Judges and the lawyers of the respondents being asked to examine over 11,000 pink sheets within those short periods of time being suggested by the NPP. Also the NPP intends to use audio visuals to cut and paste and also hide important facts as they did at their press conference.
The respondents are not fools to be stampeeded with raw data evidence withinwhich NPP intends to hide facts and bamboozle their way out of this useless case in court.
