What is the management doing.I guess nothing so long as their friends and cronies get served.Oh Mother Ghana ! When will this corruption stop !
I was enjoying your article till you made it tribal. What prove do you have that "People with northern names are most often the victims"? Could it simply be that people who live in the area are affected the most? It is a comm ...

It is not a common practice for airlines or car rental agencies to give priority to visitors or tourists over local residents when it comes to booking or fulfilling a contract. That is total misinformation.

This is nothing new. Starbow is taking a page from the defunct Ghana Airways.
Ghana is a failed state.
Yeah, corruption everywhere....oh mama africa.
Ghana is hardly a failed state, is only some few people who have failed Ghana.Don't give give up on our mother Ghana, together we can arrest those few Ghanians failing the country and bring about stability.Keep faith alive.
This bad not only that unacceptable behavior of starbow staff especially at the Accra airport but trying to cheat on excess luggage where they never have change ti give when you pay for excess luggage. A case that happened on ...

If that is true then we are in for trouble. The only remedy is to stop patronizing starbow and go for the tried and tested Antrak air and the others.
Tested Antrak Air??? you make me laugh clearly you have not flown from Kumasi with them and met the crook that swindles the baggage fees there
Look! I am one guy who w happy about the influx of the private domestic airlines. Bcos I was disappointed our nation has no airline. There are laws in Ghana and must be enforced to the later. This corrupt practises must cease ...

If there are about four airlines plying the same route, passengers can simply shift allegiance. That is why we have competition. Unless of course Starbow is a government airline?
Apart from increasing fares and cheating on flight reservations they also steal from passengers and yet when complain the officials will not do anything about it. This is a very bad habit. They should desist from it.
Sue them. Period.
We tolerate corruption too much in Ghana

Ur investigations leads NO-WHERE,STOP THE STEALING & CHEATING.We have had enough of ur POOR servs. SHAME ON U.
Congrats, Starbow, for being proactive. I hope other airlines and businesses learn from you.
Ili, you know what to do. Boycott Starbow! Organised Aluta is the answer and dare take the management to court. Low quality delivery is what one gets across the country from POWER AND WATER COMPANIES to the telecoms.
mr.aluta what evidence do u have. pls give me a break
If a company treats its customers badly what do you expect? Boycott. I have travelled on this airline and I have experienced what the former BBC journalist Mr Adam wrote.Treat Ghanaians with respect. Just check Africa World a ...

Show us the evidence.
Lets keep a cool head and get to the bottom of this. The tribal angle is what bothers me. for the sake of its credibility Management of Starbow must take this up.
I am dissapointed in Starbow (i.e: assuming these allegations are true). Not too long ago (December of 2011) I travelled to Tamale on Starbow (after reading a few positive things about them) and I was happy with their service ...

I think starbow can do better. This matter should not be swept under the carpet. What i dont like about starbow is the delays. They hardly keep to takeoff time and this can be frustrating atimes
except weather or equipment problems..even bus's in usa have time tables they must follow to allow easy onward travel on other bus. Only in africa does the bus or plane move when full!
Total dishonesty will lead to bankrupt soon.let's watch this.
You Africans are joke!
Why don't they get rid of this Starbow! Obviously they are trying to monopolize the situation in Ghana. If they are not happy with the business, why not let them leave Ghana. Riding the buses and trucks probably better anyw ...
