    The nss boss has ran out of ideas.He should go back to the tertiary institutions and refresh his memory of what is the various specialization areas taught there so he could make up his mind.

    Fresh graduate tasked to direct traffic can't be a panacea for the decongestion on our roads. They need to be absorbed in our industries to boost the technical expertise required by our industries.
