Its the leadership that lacks ideas or maybe lazy ,not the workers.What can the workers do?they work under instruction.It was the same with GT,excellent workers but a lazy leadership especially the last Ghanaian CEO, D .Oduro Nyaning,who thought it wise to sell the company because he was retiring.Vodafone had this notion the workers were no good and found ways and means of sending them away though they proved their efficiency 2008 and 2009.Today vodafone is struggling,its technically bankrupt and what is keeping it is marketing strategy but it will soon end after the few old staff still there are fired and their technical challenges come to the fore.The competition is getting keener everyday and the strong survive it.

He came to VRA after 40 years of successful operations. He is the first political appointee and with no experience of having managed a medium scale company. Decisions he took whilst in VRA have been kept for those who care to come and examine. He only came to VRA to MARRY simpliciter.
