LET THEM JAIL INNOCENT PERSONS BUT ,THEY WILL ANSWER TO GOD ONE DAY .DO YOU SEE WHAT THEY TURN TO ,WHEN THEY RETIRE ? MORE THAN BEGGARS .DANSOMAN POLICE AND THE HEADQUARTERS ARE THE MOST BRIBE COLLECTORS FROM DRUG DEALERS .ANY ONE WHO DEAL IN DRUG HAS THE SUPPOT OF A POLICE BIG MAN YET .THEY ALWAYS FORGET THAT ANY ONE CAN BE A POLICEMAN .THEY BEHAVE AS IF THEY HAVE A SPECIAL QUALIFICATION THAT YOU CAN HAVE .

  wE MUST HOLD THE PRISON OFFICER RESPONSIBLE OF THIS SITUATION-
  It is their duty to make sure that any expired warrant should be offloaded from their vaious houses,
  they should seek court order to release them, if they remember the ASP or DSP whose order brought those people into that prisons and within 1 month got no better response .

  Koo, do you think it is that simple to go for a release order from the courts in respect of expired warrants. The police in-charge of a case is always aware of expired warrants. The prison authorities only remind the police of such situations for remedial action. The police then either renew the warrants or effect other options available to them. In time past the Prison authorities have resorted to certain actions but have not helped much.The Police should do proper assessment of each case in their investigations and stop "dumping" every suspect into prison custody and leaving them to their fate.

  Ignorance and poverty couldnt assist them either to seek a lawyer help, why not release them by making them sign a BOND OF GOOD BEHAVIOR, because of ignorance their right of justice and compensation are denied.
