Therefore, we do not need to charge or insight the army, instead the process must be that, all sensitive ministry department such as, finance, economic planning, Bank of Ghana, energy and roads must be governing by the army officers. The fact is, the Ghana army forces is part of your society, yes or no? therefore coup is not the answer, all has to be invited to tackling or uproot corruption and Ghana needs the blessing of the army to in fuss some sort disciplinary action (not coup d'état) anyone preaching that, must face treason charges. However, involve the army forces in the administration of the day to day affaires of the country, and after all what is made of Ghana? and answer is Love and hospitality. Politicians please remember that Ghana army forces are well trained, educated, competent and disciple, so, let them be part of the system and not just war fighters!!!!!!

We allowed Boakye-Gyan, Rawlings and their gang to Ghanaians hostages in 19yrs of experimentation dubbed; "Revolution" which was to send Ghana to the top of "Sugarmountain" without success.

It's no secret that Prez. J. A. Kuffour took 8yrs to achieve for Ghana, what Rawlings & Co., couldn't do in that 19-long wasted years. Ghana's progress virtually came to a stand-still! Suprisingly, the NDC used lies and propagand and election fraud to wrestle back into power, with Atta-Mills as their leader.
There's no need to elaborate on what happen then. While everyone in the country was crying for help because of untold hardship; when the founder of the party started lambasting Atta-Mills for poor performance; when Rawlings' wife decided to challenge Atta-Mills and possibly oust him as party leader and President, the whole world knew things wasn't going right for Ghanaians.

The EC found dubious ways to cheat in the December elections to help John Mahama and the NDC to stay in power to continue the nonesense! The ex-soldier horrible soldier's comments points to the fact that tempers have flaired; people are extremely angry esp., when many Ghanaians, both at home and abroad fear that with majority of the pannel of Justices appointed by the NDC, there could be biased ruling on the election fraud case before it.

Well, I have a different opinion on that; true justice cannot be biased! I believe that an honest Justice or judge knows no corruption or deception; our Noble Justices will live up to the task. People should just be calm. It's obvious that there's lots of anxiety everywhere; tensions are mounting very high. Lots of people would have the Supreme Court come out with a verdict sooner than later. My advice to folks all around the world is; "hold your peace" be calm.

If Nana Akufo-Addo & Co., has evidence, there's no way the Supreme Court will rule against it. That would be criminal and our Justices know that very well. Let's continue to have faith in our Justices. In anyway, this case isn't Ghana's case; the rest of the world, esp. the people of Australia, US, UK, Germany, Canada, Japan Italy, France, The Netherlands are keenly watch, but quietly.

May God bless our Homeland, Ghana. Amen!

Mr koomson is rather alerting people in authority to be pro-active in solving not all but some of the agitations in the land. when Nkrumah was overthrown, what period were we in,so Dr bokor's explanation of democracy is neither here nor there.how can a country invest ghc15m in guinea fowls which cannot be verified? the waste in the system is so huge that some miscreants would rather want to take advantage of it and topple the govt for their selfish interests. this is what mr koomson is on about. he has a lot to loose when it happens and wants the govt and its security operatives to diffuse the tension,simple and short.where then lies the assertion that, he should be investigated by the security agencies?

Bokor need not come back to expatiate since his point is well made and it is clearly understood by those of us who have good insight of how a typical trokosiman reason up. His view is very tangential to that of the Retired Officer Budu Koomson. While the Officer raised genuine concerns about the endemic corruption that is deep rooted in the system, so bad that it can trigger a coup d'etat, myopic tribalist Bokor could not make any sense out of this but rather suggesting a civil war that, in his own parochial sense, looms because a certain political party has lost an elections. Isn't this a stupid analogy to draw from the purported statement from the officer of which Bokor is reacting to? In any case is it not true that military interventions in most civil societies on the planet happened because of wanton dissipation of common funds and, or the abject and excessive stupidity of antagonisms of political groupings? Much as I pray that none of these ominous social vices, being it military or civil happens to my Ghana, let me sound this warning to those Trokosi and Guinea Fowls leaning NDC to desist from their air-headed stupidity of making Ashantis their target of vindictiveness, for there is a limit to what every living soul can take. After all It took Danquah, Busia and Dombo( an Akyim, a Bono and a Dagomba) to form the UP of which the NPP is a direct offspring. Ashantis are content with their Kookoase life. If military intervention is of any good, Ghana will be at par with nations like Indonesia, South Korea etc. What is the different between the military and their civilian counterpart? The military is worse. They are responsible for our backward march. 1966, 1972, 1979 and 1981, what else is the military looking for?

"The EWE people have not always lived in their present home. Their traditions recall a migration from the east - more precisely KETU a YORUBA town in modern BENIN. KETU is also called AMEDZOFE or MAWUFE in the accounts. KETU was founded by the YORUBA people by the fourteenth century at the latest.

In it lived besides the forebears of the EWE, the YORUBA and the ancestors of the AJA, FON, and GA-DANGME. It was the expansion of the YORUBA people that pushed the EWE and related peoples westward.

The migrants went to live at TADO in present-day TOGO from where they later dispersed in various directions.

Some returned east to settle at ALLADA from where they founded the AJA kingdom of ALLADA, WHYDAH, POPO and JAKIN, and later the FON kingdom of DAHOMEY in the EARLY EIGHTEENTH CENTURY.

The ancestors of the EWE went to live at NOTSIE, which was walled round.

Ewes only came to Dahomey in 18th century, and left at the end of the same 18th century, so they arrived in Ghana only in the 19th century.

So we have this system whereby the victorious party turns around and discriminates against the defeated. I thought the country is for all of us.

Somehow majority of Ghanaians have set their political understanding based on "natural kinship"--and illusory consanguity.

If NPP and NDC are not able to come to some kind of power-sharing agreement--the military will be used by the predators: the west and now joined by China and India.

The problem is not our neighbors--its is the imperialists--who determined to steal our resources. Let's come together and fight the real enemies.

But what these so call leaders has forgotten is, they have completly forgotten the counry belongs to over a millions of people, some residing in the country and some residund outsde the country. Again this so call leaders has to know that they are for now in charge as caretakers and one they we shall are come together and at this time there would be an accountability.
One thing these leaders had to know and not forget is, when ever they are voted into power, that dose not mean because they are suoerior than oters, but they have been give a job to perform and therefoe is the job they are called upon to do is not satisfactory, than we have the option of kicking them out eitheir by force or peacfully. And is they feel because they have been entrusted with arms and power so therefor they can do any thing, this is where I belive the massive force has to be applied.
