In that last two articles written by Bokor Haram, there was an unmistakable impression created that he kotiboto Bokor Haram had in his possession a formidable proof of nana Addo's culpability. I suspected he has been coordinating with one Ata Kofi (Cambridge).

It turns out that Ata Kofi has got indisputable facts or documents that proves that Nana Addo Akudo Addo are one and the same, for that reason stupid Bokor Haram is dancing a slow dance to put a distance between him and Apeto Kpegah. So far Addo`s qualifying and enrolment certificates we are told are missing and only a note was presented to the court.
More worrying is the miserable,ridiculous and weak defense his lawyers are puting up to the media.Addo must as well defend himself than relying on those so-called lawyers because they are making no sense to his case.Well, unless they have something in hand to surprise Justice Kpegah in court.

In terms, of achievement in the legal profession, neither Justice Kpegah is any match for Nana Addo. Indeed, while betwen Tsatsu and Nana, the former may be the better academic, he too is no match for Nana in terms of actual professional accomplishments, both in the legal field and in other applied areas.

Legal Field:

If Justice Kpegah were able to prove that Nana Addo was never a lawyer and has been impersonating another, this would have serious ramifications for the entire legal system in Ghana. Kpegah is questioning the professional qualifications of a lawyer who has been cited many more times than any living lawyer today in the Ghana Law Reports and whose outstanding legal arguments in court have become part of our laws. You people don't realise just how serious Kpegah's allegations are, which explains why you're jumping over yourselves celebrating on Ghanaweb without examining the merits of Kpegah's claims or its implications.

Besides, a man's true achievements lie in his deeds, not in his position. As a lawyer, Nana Addo has affected our political development through his human right advocacy, fighting dictators and their human right excesses, often pro bono, in court. Indeed, Justice Kpegah himself is on record to have remarked on Nana Addo's brilliance as an advocate. True to his record, when he had the opportunity to become the A-G, he repealed criminal libel, allowing loud-mouths like Bokor to say whatever they want without looking over their shoulder.

Other fields:

As a businessman, Nana Addo has affected the course of our economic development in ways that some Presidents haven't. For example, he instigated the telecoms revolutions we're experiencing today when Mahama was sleeping at the ministries as a deputy minister of Communications.

Please, tell us Kpegah's achievements besides being called to the bench, which is not necessarily a path followed by the most brilliant lawyers.

And please, cure yourself of this tribal nonsense. If you put an Akan and Ewe side by side, you couldn't possibly tell who is from which tribe until they opened their mouths to speak, which means that tribal identities, like languages, are acquired, constructed, not innate. I don't give a toss about you being Ewe and Akan. I find myself in the same internationally-recognised territorial space called Ghana with you, and by reason of proximity we share some behavioural characteristics. On this basis, I'm happy to consider you as my brother because we share a common fate in whatever happens to this territorial space. Stop your tribal myopia. This also goes to people like Bokor and Okoampah.

Comparisons are odious but since you are guilty of the same thing you seem to be accusing some of,i think it is high time to put the records straight.Kpegah has a distinguish record as an eminent jurist both academically and in terms of of his impact as a Justice of the supreme court.It is unfortunate that he had to resign as the acting chief justice because he was by passed for Georgina woode a far junior politically, for the post of the chief justice.Read the quality of his judgments which precedents had influenced the law not only in Ghana, but cited because of its persuasive quality in the common law jurisdictions.It will there fore be wrong to compare and contrast the two.What is not in doubt is Kpegah is a lawyer by training with international stature so you can not under estimate him.

Equally said for tribal insults. This web site postage is full of baseless tribal insults and must desist from that as it only serves to perpetuate tribal politics. You in particular top the list of insults and denegrading of others you think are less intelligent and you should equally desist from that and tackle the issues so our nation will learn and move in the right direction.
You are intelligent and sometimes raise the right issues and correct people which I think is perfect but you must stop the baseless insults.
This issue is about character and that is what we must tackle. A person without character can be an achiever and at the same time a destroyer and we need to check that. We should all work and pray towards Nana coming up with facts and documents to prove Kpegah wrong and not to resort to insults or tribal politics. Some people are unable to withstand insults and will take a tribal line when insults are poured on them.
I edge you to be part of the campaign to rid this site of insults for Ghana to move forward

Moreover, I was friends with only a few people in the class and can remember the names of only three grad school classmates. In fact, to my embarrassment, I couldn't make out a classmate from Legon recently, and the person assumed I was doing what the Nigerians call "shakara". If Kpegah files a suit against Akufo-Addo, why can't you see it as an individual feud between Kpegah and Akufo-Addo but must conclude that ALL Ewes hate ALL Akans?

As for me, I don't see why people, including even Bokor, are taking sides in this issue unless they have some personal interest or gain they are expecting from the outcome. I don't see why people will not just let this thing be played out in court so that we see who is telling lies? Why do we try to judge things even before we know everything about the case?

Now, we all know what he has got is a dodgy note from an acting administrative secretary, Bart-Plange Brew. The City of London, where Middle Temple is based is a play ground for Nana Akufo-Addo. So, i find it a bit strange that Nana could not spend just some few hours and drop in at Middle Temple for a new certificate/copy? Is he afraid of producing documents to prove identity which has prevented him? When is he going to appear on Stephen Surker's BBC hard talk programme?

Considering the absence of injury/harm to Justice Kpegah's person, the High Court will throw out his suit without ever addressing the merits of his case. When that happens, the folly and foibles articulated here woulld have been a waste of everybody's time.
Unles he is engaging in some self-serving publicity ploy, Mr. Kpegah,as a Justice, should know that his case is headed nowhere.

Any person following this Ewe guy's articles will by now be aware of the problem this guy is suffering from, a sort of psychological deficiency that has something to do with obsessive- compulsive disorder.
First, he was seeking to confute or refute the claim that Akufo Addo was in fact called to the bar in middle temple, and shamefully the school was able to confirm that indeed Akufo Addo was a member, who was called to the bar in 1971. Disgracefully and deviously however, he has diverted his attention from the real motive of the case of impersonation to something nontrivial and frivolous.

You see that's why I'm till this day unequivocally convinced that Nkrumah made a mistake of dogmatically ceding them to Ghana because of his vaulting pan African ambitions.

They came to power through an illegal coup and ruled with an iron grip for almost two decades. They went ahead by summarily executing three of our high court judges and former head of states.
Moreover, they organized the confiscation of properties and assets belonging to the larger akan majority.

Needless to say, they criminally and unscrupulously imposed a totalitarian constitution on us giving them unbridled supremacy and extraordinary powers, the bane of our development, and the reason why this country has not experienced any meaningful growth.

That's why we need to stop this nonsense. Enough is enough.
