  the demeanour of FWSC is tantamount to role conflict. it means that they are not able to perform to expectation. until they stand up to mediate things well to satisfy the labour strike action will not end in Ghana.

  since may 2012 when FWSC exhibited either lack of knowledge in simple mathematics or sheer disregard for laid down procedures by miscalculating the market premium of UTAG, I have always wondered why the FWSC boss never was sacked immediately. either his employers dont realise how much of a burden he has become to them or he is playing his cards well and thus making him continue to retain his position. all thses issues lie in the arrogance and incompetence of one man. And the sooner the government noticed that and fired him the better. if i was FWSC boss my best friends would be presidents of the unions. collaborating and communicating with them regularly to solves disagreements.
