  Though there are few sentence dis- joints and grammatical mistakes in this write-up, the author ought to be commended for highlighting on the role of the media in our society. However I have strong reservations against his assertion that 'knowledge get violent...when it gets into the hands of youth in our part of the world.' Mind you, because of the high moral suasion in our society, African youth are one of the calmest in the world. Indeed, the analogy that the 'truthful pen is mightier than Moses' staff' is, in my estimation, misplaced. Please don't underestimate how the LORD showed HIS GREATNESS through that staff.

  "Jordan Lafayette Prince, 24,(white male) is no longer just charged with choking to death a 4-month-old girl to death. A new indictment now charges Prince with murder first-degree, abuse of a child and forcible sodomy after autopsy results revealed that the baby, Ashlynn Peters, died of asphyxiation and suffered serious injuries related to the sodomy that caused internal bleeding. Prince was watching his girlfriend’s child when he admittedly handled the baby “in a cruel manner and rougher than he should have,” and choked her before leaving her on her side on a loveseat where she became unresponsive. He claims he became frustrated with the baby because she would not stop crying. Prince remains in jail on $150,000, cash-only bail."

  "Highland Middle School language arts teacher Jessica Boyers, 25,(white female) is charged with class D felony counts of rape and sodomy, as well as two class C felony counts of sex abuse in Jefferson County after she was found in her car allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a 13-year-old student. She was indicted this week.
  
  These might not be the only charges Boyers faces because neighboring Oldham County is also investigating her. Boyers lives there and authorities are not sure at this time if any activities happened in her home. Boyers resigned from the Jefferson County Public Schools district."
