  The young man is right. The old who have reached retirement are still in post because they swore affidavits to reduce their ages by 5 to 10 years. Moreover, a majority of them are not computer literate and therefore cannot keep pace with modernity. One of the hallmarks of a good boss is the ability to groom successors. We must learn to understand that no man is indispensable. When our "end-time" comes, the World does not end because we are gone. We took our place in this World alone and we quit it alone. Let us appreciate the need to give the youth opportunities.
