William Nana Akuffo Addo has suffered at the hands of these NDC people.

They said he was well known cocaine addict, because he was educated abroad or his Parents had a Hotel. They then said Kwesi Pratt has told US Embassy that he smokes cannabis, as shamefully revealed in the Wikileaks. As such NDCs wrote to Oxford University to confirm whether he was sacked from the University for using illicit drugs. Oxford Dons replied that he was a student but they have noticed he never uses the University as part of his credentials. NDCs then said he was not a Lawyer, or he has taken the role upon himself due to his Father’s connections as Former Chief Justice and Ceremonial President in the Second Republic. They wrote to Inner Temple Bar to enquire whether he was a lawyer, but here too they confirmed he has but these miscreants claimed Inner Temple is no more a Legal Institution or something else, as they always have something to say. The NDC detractors wrote to his Legal Firm in France, and claimed to have got information that he was only an Administrative officer in the law firm. They said he did not sign Matriculation in Ghana Law school and has no Law Certificate, and his law firm that has produced so many good lawyers should be disbanded. When NDCs leaders drove a car through his local inhabitants and he made a remark that he wont allow his people to be beaten up, they said he is a terrorist or tribal war monger…

No one has been abused/insulted so much in Ghana politics than the NPP leader Now, a man who once sought to become a Chief Justice claims he is not a lawyer, because he has killed the real lawyer and buried him under his house in order to take over his law certificate: But unimpeachable source says Kpegah had always hated Akuffo Addo and had asked Kojo Tsikata to have him murdered during their assassination of the three High Court Judges; but luckily William Nana Akuffo Addo was not in the country. Is it not easy to pass a common law exams at Makola than kill another person to take his qualifications? And why are educated ewes or anlos so interested in murder and killing of people and such heinous mundane evil matters? Is death fanciful thing for a whole country's Supreme Court Judge to associate with another individual?

But who is Nana Akuffo Addo? The Internet has these answers: However, the fact remains that he is an elected Leader of one of the main Political Parties in Ghana. He lost National Elections and submitted himself to the Party for re-election. The voters were enlarged across the 230 constituencies and in open vote won easily to retain his leadership of Africa’s Premium Party, full of intellectuals and wise men/women. What else again? Why don’t they respect the New Patriotic Party and its Millions of supporters? Indeed, NPP is made up of so many people from different cultural backgrounds but in most cases the wisest and most intelligent, self-made, hardworking resourceful Ghanaians join this Party. The supporters are by far better in quality than most NDC’s, whose leaders merely over-depend on the state as parasites do, and their supporters are the most illiterate and backward in society. What else?

NDCs have leaders who have question marks all over themselves. The Founder of the NDC is himself a school drop out, who shamefully failed his GCE O Levels in Achimota School. His Second in Command, Kojo Tsikata, is on record to be a Murderer. Their Legal brain, Tsatsu Tsikata is an ex-convict, who actually stole Ghana's 4 Billion cedis. Most of the leaders of NDC are very corrupt: Look at the corruptive practices of PV Obeng, Ato Dadzie, Alfred Woyome, Cecilia Johnson, Iddrissu Mahama, and his wife Betty Mould, Asiedu Nketia, Totobi Quakyi, Ibrahim Mahama and all these many, many beneficiaries of the corruptive Divestiture, when they sold our State properties to themselves. When Nana Akuffo Addo was our Attorney General, did he pay out such obscene Judgment Debts of GH 8.3 BILLION?

Look at the huge question marks over John Mahama, said to have so many children and cannot even declare the exact number publicly. The Vice President is said to be a homosexual with a mate claiming to have liaisons with him in school. The NDC is composed of crooks, liars, murderers, thieves and very corrupt wicked men who have ruled Ghana for almost 25 years. No one has bothered to take them to task. Why are they therefore so disrespectful of the Leader of one of Ghana’s main Political Parties?

In fact the CPP and NDC have always abused our leaders: they called Dr J B Danquah so many bad names and even in death they alleged he was a murderer. They called him CIA Agent and an Imperialist lackey, even though he has been killed in Prison long before the coup that toppled their leader. They turned on Dr K A Busia and called him so many bad names and created so much disorder as an excuse for a coup de tat. They then turned on Victor Owusu and called him a tribalistic mongerer and a spinster, who could not keep a family… They called Kuffuor so many bad unprintable names, despite discovering Oil for the country. In most countries such a person will be honoured and deified as a glorious person, yet despite world wide acclaim, these NDCs never stopped raining insults at him. Yet these people were men of high pristine qualities needed for this country!

These people have now turned on our leader William Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, a former Attorney General, and Foreign Minister, with long pedigree, who has never taken a dime of the country’s money. A compassionate well brought up person whose three direct relatives are among our Big Six. A man who cannot kill a fly, let alone human beings as most of these NDC leaders easily do: Yet he's pilloried and vilified and mercilessly defamed for no reason except to make him unpopular so that they can win political power to gain materially at the expense of poor people in Ghana, who die so easily from common hunger…I always ask: What are the achievements of P/NDC in Ghana that we cannot get a single hour of peace for our leaders and ourselves!

P/NDCs have killed so many Ghanaians for nothing and stolen our wealth and resources to make themselves billionaires. Its strange. These people are not kind and respectful of others and yet claim a so-called moral high ground. P/NDC killed Ghanaians; Rawlings is a known illicit drug user; Kojo Tsikata is a murderer; Francis Kpegah is a drunkard bribe collector as a Judge and yet could not build himself a small house and continue to live in a government bungalow as many of these NDC leaders who always take for themselves, government properties and cars on auction. Ndc leaders are no oil painting.

We love Nana Akuffo Addo. We wish they leave our leader alone, for he is a Ghanaian as any other!

I am prety sure that the retired supreme court judge knows that Akuffo Addo is a lawyer but I think where this will lead to is the question whether Willam Addo-Dankwa Akuffo Addo is the same person as Nana Addo Dankwa Akkuffo Addo nad let me explain why.

Probably when he took on the name which he now uses he did not go to swear an affidavit concerning the change of name and carried on with business as usual. This is where the issue of fraud comes in. See all the substantive authorities that he has contacted still address him as William Addo-Dankwa Akuffo Addo and and no where is it mentioned that “who is now known as Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo Addo”.

He has stood for parliamentary election, has been appointed a minister and in all cases used the resume of "William Addo-Dankwa Akuffo Addo". In other countries this is a crime as I had my first shock in England concerning my certificates.

On my O´level, A´level as well as my certificate from UST the spelling of my first name is different on all of them. Although the Lady processing my application did not doubt that all the documents presented belongs to me, according to her by law she cannot proceed with the processing of my application. I had to provide my passport, birth certificate, the originals of the certificates and these were sent to the Commonwealth Institute for Authentication. After that I was asked to see a solicitor to swear an affidavit confirming that although the spelling of the names are different there is no doubt that the documents belong to the same person and the correct spelling of my name was clearly stated on the solicitors document with his official stamp and address as well as on photocopies of all the documents I presented.

In Ghana everything goes and nothing is scrutinized properly, hence if NAD Akuffo Addo did not notify the prospective authorities about a change of name and signed his letters/documents etc as NAD Akuffo Addo, instead of WAD Akufo Addo then all these will become invalid as well as the recent presidential elections because he was on the ballot paper as NAD Akuffo Addo.

Newly appointed chiefs are addressed as Nana so and so who is known in private life as Mr. so so. This what the law requires. Akufo Addo can end this simply by producing an affidavit for the change of name and this will end all this unnecessary embarrassment. It has nothing to do with certificates, all has to do with a name and Akufo Addo as a seasoned lawyer is not helping himself but only washing his dirty linen in public which has created sooooo much doubt on his integrity.

The Republic of Ghana Parliament's Appointments Committee has demanded the Deputy Northern regional minister designate to produce his ordinary and advanced school levels certificates.

This was after Alhaji A.B.A Fuseini had admitted to the committee that the certificates were missing.

Though the nominee had stated on his CV that he completed his 'O' and 'A' levels education at the T.I Ahmadiyah senior high school in Kumasi, he could not indicate the certificates acquired.

After further probing, he told the committee the certificates were missing.
Alhaji Fuseini explained to the committee that he had left the certificates in the care of his relatives to travel, only to find upon return they had gone missing.

“...But I can tell this committee with all honesty and sincerity that I have earned those certificates but unfortunately, it’s just that I don’t have them ... now,” he told the Vetting Committee.

But a member of the committee, Baba Jamal - not satisfied with the answer – insisted that the nominee should find other means of retrieving the certificates.

“With your certificate, I know when it is missing, you can still go back to the institutions [where you schooled] and they [will] give you copies there.
“You can always do that. So it is important that you do that". (Credit myjoyonline).)

The above took place last week at the Parliament's Appointment Committee where the deputy minister disignate was advised to approach the awarding institution for a duplicate copy for submission. How different is this from Nana Akufo Addo's case? The GLC of Ghand and the Middle Temple should be able to provide duplicate copies of Nana's certificates rather than submitting letters, records, testimonials etc. Ghanains know one thing and that is the certificate period. The submission of supplementary affidavit means he does NOT have the certificate therefore there is an element of truth in Justice Kpegah's claim. Let's wait ad see.

I am absolutely dumbfounded why no single journalist or media house had taken the initiative to painstakingly investigate this issue and inform the Ghanaian public accordingly. Why should a private individual (Dr Bokor) be burdened to continue providing us with insight into this sordid mafia-like affair? All these documents being bandied about as a means of providing NAADA with a 'clean bill of health' had only managed to muddied the waters further. The Parliament's Appointment Committees of both the 3rd and 4th Republic failed Ghanaians woefully. These issues of missing certificates should had been unraveled long ago but they chose to ignore it. From the foregoing, it's becoming crystal clear that NAADA was not a qualified lawyer.

But as for akuffo addo, his cup is approaching running over. This is because inspite of such heavy logs in his eye he will just not let Ghanaians have their peace after this clean election 2012. We shall see where all this leads, I think there is a connect between this case and the Supeme Court petition. Yet they are always the first to scream that their hard earned reputation is being threatened. This is one of the root causes of square pegs in round holes in Ghana and the concomittant underdevelopment. If Kpegah succeeds, then many more are likely to be exposed!
