So now, anytime Lithur hits on any pink sheet to cross examine, NPP Bawumia and Addison want to push that as part of what they have deleted. Are you not guilty of also interpreting a matter before a competent court of jurisdiction to suit your way of thinking? Have you not concluded that Nana Akuffo Addo 'poses to be a lawyer but has no law certificate'? Did Mr Lithur not say that he thought the figure was 739? If 733 ballot papers were issued, did 739 not exceed that by 6 votes?
Otoo, you and your tribe do not make Ghana. Neither do Asantes or any other tribe, for that matter. We are collectively Ghana and should respect and love our diversity, while living as one people with one destiny.
Personally, I do not think either the NDC or NPP will be the winners in this case. They will both lose and Mother Ghana will be the winner. Our continent, Africa will then be the better for it.Senseless sectarian and tribal killings will be a thing of the past in beautiful Africa. We would have thought the rest of the continent how to settle election disputes.

Let's even assume that you add rejected ballots to accepted ballots as you are trying to do here. You can never exceed 733 the number of registered voters. Lets even assume all the registered voters at this polling station showed up to vote, which never happened in all the 26000 plus polling stations.

Let me teach you basic basic statistics. Draw three circles all intersecting.

Circle one for votes cast

Circle two for votes accepted

Circle three for rejected votes

You can do all the fancy work you want with this statistics, you will never exceed the registered number of voters of 733 so for Lithur to suggest 739 shows over voting.

People who are registered at that polling station who are allowed to vote early because they might be working as election officials or people who might have assigned their rights to others to vote for them called proxy voting. You can come up with all kinds of excuses but still these people have to be registered voters in that area and per argument yesterday which you dumbass didn't understand, the number of registered voters at this polling station will not change from 733 so if that dumbass lawyer of yours accept that 739 people voted at that station, thqat is even 6 extra votes he cannot account for even with spoilt votes.

There is no polling station in Ghana that has ever recorded with 100% turn up. That is if 733 people are registered in this polling station, there is no empirical evidence among the 26000 polling stations that there was a 100% turn up in any station.

The Presidential percentage of registered voters who voted was less than 75%. Let's even assume the turn up was 80%, that means of every five people registered, one fails to turn up to vote and in this constituency, that means of the 733 voters, the likely numbers that turned up to vote was 585 not all the 733 registered voters so if you have 739 as people who voted in this constituency, that does not mean only six votes were added but likely 154 votes in just one constituency and this is how I arrived at that 154 votes.

Registered voters 733

Turn up voters, voters who voted, 585

733-585= 148 plus the extra six votes to reach the number 154 as the votes added in this constituency.
