i do agree with you that interpretation of Verification or Biometric verification would have to be decided upon by the SC however i totally disagree with you with regard to suggestion that Petitioners should have pleaded for the annulment of Parliamentary votes as well. Only individual parliamentarians can go to court and not a Presidential petitioner.

The Petitioners have an option to context for one(presidential) or both(presidential and parliamentary).After all,if you are robbed of a wallet and pen,you have an option to choose which one to search for.Even if you catch the thief who stole both,you still have an option of holding him accountable for both or one.That is your decision and must be respected.lf someone says he has a problem because you chose to retrieve only the wallet,then that is his own headache.That person can be on board on legal battle to retrieve the pen.That's his own problem.NPP has an option and it should be respected.Those who want to nulify the parliamentary results have an option to file their petition.

Why should I say this?

It has been my constant observation and most especially,at this forum, Ghanaweb, that, anytime you see an article and the writer is against the Nana Akuffo Addo and Co's petition, you would realize that either, the writer is bearing an Ewe/ Muslim name or is from the Volta/ Northern Region. The opposite also holds true, almost all the writers with Akan bearing names or Akans, are supporting Nana Akuffo Addo's petition.

'A Nation divided among itself'cannot stand 'the test of time' and if Ghanaians are not lucky, there is going to be the second experience of the 'dis-integration of the Ghana Empire'.
