It was legal and it is on the basis of the same legal principle that Akofo Addo and co. were given audience in court. I understand your position. You are just preparing your mind to reject the verdict of the august house should it go against you. So jack, know that the NPP gave all the polling Agents authority to sign on their behalf and they would take the responsibility of their actions. So technically, all area that the NPP agents signed and failed to complete the relevent complaint forms to challenge the results will stand as valid. The compilation of the evidents to challenge the 2012 election would have the accumulated sum of all contested polling stations. Learn simple law and this explains why the big legal brain Nana has simply taken a back seat. Kick your brain to function a little bit.
