Some of you readers easily get carried away with any non factual substandard foolish write ups worthless of human consumption that mistakenly find its way into the cyberspace arena by some misguided chimps whose sole acts are to do mischief. The so called CD-ROM is not anything that is being keep secret as this tadpole brain-sized columnist would want his gullible readers to believe but a hard evidence that is available to the court and of course the respondents. I can assure you guys that the truth will definitely stand no matter how hard you spin doctors will try to twist the facts.

Why dont you talk about the mess NDC lawyers have created in court when they couldn't control the wild card which Dr Bawumia has exhibited in court sending your NDC lawyers packing. For a lawyer to tell a judge to call off the case seek adjournment within a short period of deliberations means there is something wrong with NDC/EC case. They have a big problem. It seems you are either naive or not following the case. Did you know as at now the EC has not submitted the documents to the court and the petitions haven't any copy nor the court whilst the petitioners have all their documents sent to SC/EC/NDC. The EC thought he can walk away with only the petitioner's hard copy at the court is a nightmare for they all got to play by the rules. How do you justify that, is the EC above the law? Disobeying court orders is disrespectful and what is Afary Gyan hiding that he doesn't want the court and the petitioners to know. The Supreme Court Judges are not stupid and they are there for each party to follow the law and you dont expect them to tell petitioners to the ROM in court when the EC hasn't produce any copy to the court and petitioners. If the EC tries to go contrary to the law with arrogant and disrespectful attitude he will regret in his life for Afari Gyan will not and cannot play games with the heart of our country.

Sadly for Atik, he arrived when the Dagarti man was busy enjoying the dog head. Atik could not imagine someone else enjoying his greatest delicacy so he rained insults on the poor vendor. But for the timely intervention of the other patrons he would have lynched the poor woman. Atik reminded her that he knows her history and next time he will tell everybody about her bad old days.

Any deviation from the rules can be used as grounds to throw out the case. If not thrown out, then that can be used as grounds for appeal by the NDC in case judgment is given in favour of the NPP. Bawumia is merely propagating in court what the NPP legal team has advised him to say.

If the discrepany is significant the data can be paneled to find where the problem is. The problem is what our defnition of the level of significance will be.
If Dr Bawumia is saying there were irregularities , how significant were they in affecting the outcome of the elections. His level of significance might be different from the EC's. How do we merge these significant levels?

What is the acceptable margin of error to which the EC's figures will be rejected for Bawumia's. Is Bawumia's fool proof to be classified as better than the EC's. So far I have not been convinced that his figures were credible. It is littered with error an impression being given credence to through the cross examination.

Re-engineering the same primary data that the EC used in declaring the result will do no one any good and waste of our time.

First things first, Mr Worlotor. First the case will be weighed to see if there have been statutory violations, irregularities, mulpractices, etc. If there is or there have been, then the question of how they affect the outcome of the elections will be looked at.

It is at this point that the analysis of the figures will be needed and note that at that point the EC cannot be allowed to do same.

All the lengthy writing comes to nothing if it shows biases and that is what it is.

If you have presented a research finding involving figures you must know that it's not just about summary but how the figures correlate with the summary. Court is not like just an academic conference . Here more is required. If you have learned some basic IT and research methodology please stay with them and don't comment on issues that you are ignorant about.
