  Ghana cannot even supply its own water reliably. Some of the main pipes were constructed in 1925. Fantasies about nuclear power are no-brainers.

  Somebody will WANT to collect a 10% kickback and thereby put ghana at the Risk of Destruction!! We have too much Sunshine .Let's rather think?? of ways to harness the energy from there!!!
