  This is a result of our well educated youth leaving the country for a "better life" elsewhere. They return from well organized cultures and wonder what happened to theirs, and if fifty or older, completely spent in vigor with little to contribute except whine. The author's observations are accurate but I say come back home, roll up your sleeves and help reverse this pathetic trend.
