  Everybody knows (and he doesn't make any effort to hide the fact) that Gabby's view are very tainted politically. It is his way or the highway. His piece seeking to criticize the decision of honorable justices of the SC is part of a sinister move to dog-whistle to the ideologues of his base to paint the SC as biased towards their opponent. Such dog-whistle was obvious in court on Tuesday April 30th, 2013, when lead counsel for petitioners referred to an overrule of his objection as "attitude of the court". I will be shocked if in the coming days and weeks such subtle remarks are not intensified by the likes of Gabby... I dare them to prove me wrong!

Indeed it is the NPP party who thinks Ghana and Ghanaians are its bonafide properties and can do anything to satisfy its parochial whims and caprices. Otherwise how could any party lose an UNDOUBTEDLY CREDIBLE, FREE, FAIR, FREE-FROM-FEAR elections and because it's presidential candidate did not win, throw the whole country into confusion and WRECK the Nation. They are unashamedly at the SC with the most DISCREDITED, FASIFIED, DUPLICATED, TRIPLICATED, QUADRUPLICATED and from Dr. Bawumia's own words "QUINTRIPLICATED" documents seeking to annul someone's genuinely won elections whilst their own ERRORS are to be regarded as genuine. NATION WRECKERS. But in their selfishness, the forget that the nation will wreck on their own BLOODY HEADS. If a ship sinks in a storm, she goes down with its crew and passengers as well. A SHAMEFUL PARTY.

  Sadly for Mr Otchere-Darko, everything is seen purely and ONLY in 'party eyes' and I find it most disappointing that for someone like him who claims to be educated (and apparently parades himself as an expert on constitutional law), people's estimation of him will continue to dip, the more he continues along this line.

  u know gabby couldnt pass his law school exam at once. why will anybody take this joker seriously. we (NPP) are where we are today because of ppl like gabby. instead of rebuilding our party to contest the next elections, we are wasting time in court for nana to run again. if nana runs again mahama nana will loose again. the wayfirward, like i have always maintained is to search for a creditable Ga to be flag bearer and Bawumia as a running mate. with this we can win Greater Accra to add to ashanti and eastern. gabby and nana addo shd stop wasting our time.
