It is easy enough to have duplicates of documents because the receiver of any document can choose to make as many photo-copies as they wish !

There is no competent in Ghana,that word only exist in detionnary but in action Noway.look the whole Ghana constitution was written to benifits few,those who has gone through university education,Bill gate,late apple discoverer,would never been great if they were born in Ghana.late Mills apointed his class mate friend as an GH Ambasador to Britain just like that,in short Ghanians were being ruled by bunch of thieves from the university,just finished university and come out with a degree in golf you may also chop chop.
