  The public sector in Ghana is too bloated with highly trained (at taxpayer expense) doctors and university professors dependent on shrinking tax revenue.
  
  The government should move and strip away the rights of public sector workers to strke.
  
  The strikes by a bunch of highly trained (mostly at taxpayer expense) is becoming old. Why can't all these guys move into the private sector--start their own clinics and universities--and charge market rate fees?
