Sarpong, I never knew you have such a soft heart in you. Your recent postings in the forum has astounded me. As an opponent of everything Danquah Busiah tradition, I thought Justice Kpegah had some damaging information about Akuffo Addo especially when he said somebody was buried under the Akuffo ADDO office purported to be this W.A.D Akuffo.

After seeing his pictures at Peacefm, this man did not file this case on his own volition but at the urge of somebody. Kpegah has deteriorated so fast I wonder what is ailing him. He really needs our prayers as you said.

Kpegah hates himself to such extent, how can he love others. This he demonstrated by his malicious actions against Nana Akufo-Addo; of course with the connivance and 'blessings' of the NDC.

Akuffo Addo was trained at Temple Inn, the same place where Mensah Sarbah who has a hall at Legon got his law degree.

The same place where Casely Hayford who has a hall at University of Cape Coast named after him got his law certificate .

The same place a lot of prominent Ghanaians got their law certificates.

Justice Kpegah's case is not even disputing the fact that Akuffo has a law certificate issued by Temple Inn in London. Kpegah is just accusing Akuffo ADDO as not being certified to practice law in Ghana because the ADDO in Ghana certified to practice law with #1190 was W.A.D Akuffo ADDO and that ADDO is not him Akuffo ADDO.

The records at Temple Inn shows the W.A.D Akuffo ADDO enrolled there in 1969 and was graduated in 1971. Maybe you can tell is how Nana ADDO father could have been studying law at Temple at a time when he was already a lawyer since 1941 and during this time he was the President of Ghana from 1969 to 1972.

Even if anything at all, Kpegah should have alerted JJ to deal with Nana during the heydays of the revolution and that will have been a perfect time to set the record straight as to whether Nana is a lawyer or not.

For sure, Justice Kpegah's handlers should think fast to snatch their idol from the grips of unseen claws of dark clouds of infirmity. We all wish the learned Professor late President Mills were spared all official duties and helped significantly to have copious amount of rest but no he was literally asked to keep going and the going went on until we witnessed a sad day! Have they learnt any lesson? I hope the affable old man is not struggling with any form of dementia, else he better heed this call and call it quit! As things stand, the lingering doubt will continue to shroud around him him like the proverbial albatross.

It is one thing to uphold prescripts but if the outcome will not purge you of a taint, then it is prudent to the unusual in the absence of which any victory thereto, to stretch the English language is tantamount to a Pyrrhic victory. Why? Because like the army of the Greek King, Pyrrhus which suffered irreplaceable casualties in defeating the Romans in their wars from 279-280 BC, rendering the victory meaningless, so also is the case in Nana Addo Dankwa's victory in Justice Kpeglah's challenge.

Here we have Nana Akufo-Addo, a criminal, without a substantiated law training and certificate being asked to do the right thing amd instead of us attacking this criminal we rather keep on insulting Justice Kpegah. Most Ghanaians just reason on tribalistic line. They do not analyze the issue at hand. Nana says he is a lawyer but his Law certificate is missing. This is sad and can happen to any of us. But then why is Nana not contacting his former Law school for a duplicatecertificate. This is done all over the world. What is much worrying is that Nana cannot mention the Law school or institution where he studied law. Did Nana do private studies or do correspondence course. Nana is hiding a lot and it is our duty to ask him to come out with the truth. Insulting of Justice Kpegah is not the answer. There are too many FAKE professionals in our system and it is time we exposed all of them. Especially those who come back after staying outside the countries for many years. They come back with Ananse qualifications without any proof. We are Doctors, lawyers, Architects etc without the prerequisite certificates. Lets stand up and get rid of these criminals and crooks. Akuffo Addo was trained at Temple Inn, the same place where Mensah Sarbah who has a hall at Legon got his law degree.

The same place where Casely Hayford who has a hall at University of Cape Coast named after him got his law certificate .

The same place a lot of prominent Ghanaians got their law certificates.

Justice Kpegah's case is not even disputing the fact that Akuffo has a law certificate issued by Temple Inn in London. Kpegah is just accusing Akuffo ADDO as not being certified to practice law in Ghana because the ADDO in Ghana certified to practice law with #1190 was W.A.D Akuffo ADDO and that ADDO is not him Akuffo ADDO.

The records at Temple Inn shows the W.A.D Akuffo ADDO enrolled there in 1969 and was graduated in 1971. Maybe you can tell is how Nana ADDO father could have been studying law at Temple at a time when he was already a lawyer since 1941 and during this time he was the President of Ghana from 1969 to 1972.
