The Supreme Court judges should show some urgency. The fact that a President has been sworn in does not mean that the case is not urgent. Just for the sake of argument, if the people's verdict was "stolen" for President Mahama then any day that he says in Office illegally is a loss for Ghanaians unless the judges believe that all politicians are the same and it does not matter who is the president. I think the Supreme Court should sort out the case as soon as possible so that Ghana can move forward with Mahama or Akuffo Addo as the elected President and no doubt in the minds of Ghanaians.

Folks, the NPP and its shallow minded legal team has finally fallen into Tsatsu's trap. When lawyer Amedzeku filled his applications before the supreme court, NPP counsel lawyer Addison was first jumped to his feet and raised objection for its dismissal on the grounds that he has not sworn proper affidavitt in support of his application. As a result his objection was upheld and lawyer Amedzeku's application was dismissed. Now most of the evidences and exhibits NPP submitted to the supreme court are duplications,triplications and quadruplications without commissioner of oath approved stamps thus not properly sworn with affidavit in support. QUESTION:Do you think the supreme court in its own wisdom would overlook these same loop holes in lawyer Amedzeku's application which is the same as that of NPP and rule in their favour?.

It is further obvious that he has never done any cross examination in any court room although his resume obtained-on the web says that he is a lawyer of great accomplishment .

What should be obvious to even a casual observer is the Tsatsu has exposed the frivolous and vexatious nature of petition. For example, he has been able to establish that there was nothing like "ghost polling station".

Also the errors, malpractices, irregularities - so-called - are not material to the fidelity of the votes cast, counted and collated!!!

Importantly, Bawumia has been exposed as a liar.

PK is carving a niche for himself as an arrogant individual who wants to blow his own piccolo.Whether his claim that he has a first class degree is true or not is not material here but I would judge him from the content of his comments.If some one is high on something,then it must be you.If you don't realize that Tsatsu is making Bawumia look stupid, dishonest and sometimes overwhelmed and look confused then you must be as dishonest as Bawumis.That is assuming that your claim to have a first class degree from one of the top universities is true.

Lets not forget that the purpose of cross examination is to to discredit your opponent's evidence this Tsatsu had managed to do in style. From Bawumia's affidavits to over voting, holes have been punched into it.The whole evidence had fallen flat because what he seems to be accusing the respondents is what he himself is guilty of in numbers.

As for pk address your points on the facts but not pompously making claims about your education which unlike Bawumia we can not put under strict scrutiny to verify its authenticity.

The court is to ascertain the veracity of the claim by the petitioners that there were irregularities, omissions, malpractices and violations in the 2012 general election. And whether the alleged irregularities, omissions violations, and malpractices,if they did occur, did they influence the results of the election.
But so far the respondents lawyers have done nothing to prove otherwise.

Well, they can't go there because if they do they lose, pure and simple.

The country refuse to put the rudimentary building blocks in place, such as comprehensive address system, unique id cards, permanent records keeping system and so on.

Besides, there's no Right To Information Act, as well as they refused to decouple the ministry of Justice from the Attorney General for real independence or checks and balance; need I talk about transparency and effective governance?

2016 will surely come and we will be going over this issue once again, you mark it on the wall!

So to say: of all the lawyers that are so foolish there's none like Tsatsu Tsikata. He is the noice maker in the court room and he barks like a bully dog. When Monday comes about again oh then I need an ear plug, he'll bark and bully and threaten shrewed Bawumia until they go for break. In the afternoon and before they recess Tsatu would make no sense. His nonsensical repetetive question reneders him the same answers but Tsatsu has no way of changing his course of action. Unfortunately for him, the NDC he profess to represent, has not been sued to begin with, so now the question is: should Tsatus be there in the court room at all, and if he shoul, is he not beating about the bush at all????

The truth is that Tsatsu has never won a real case in court. The case that would have stripped bare his assumed brilliance as a lawyer was the Jerry Boom tribunal that the idiotic Boakye-Gyan scuppered with his coup and was later paid back by the Ewe cabal with exile and death and turture for the rest of his family.

This case is really an open and shut one. The lawyers of the respondents are just using it to make money.

I can't wait to see Afari-Gyan squirm under cross examination by the lwayers of the petitioners, as he tries to justify why some voters were allowed to vote without biometric verification and others weren't, why the votes at some polling stations were annuled for over-voting, but others weren't, why some 2000 polling stations materialised from nowhere. He will have to justify how the 800 voters registered outside Ghana became over 220,000 at election time.
