This is a one-sided mumbo jumbo. It is interesting that the same EC chair that made pronouncement you are holding up as law, has declared the winner that you reject. Did all the parties not agree to the voting process laid out the same EC? Did they all not agree to the roles and responsibilities of their Polling Agents? Do you understand the Agency Law? It is ignorant for Bawumia to be saying in court that the Polling Agents of NPP are mere observers and when pressed he raised their status to exulted observers. And his lawyers did not correct him? Check out CI75, Section 19, Polling Agents, Subsection 3. If you want to sue anyone you should sue your Polling Agents. Otherwise just accept the EC Declaration and train your Agent better in the next election.

What Mornah is simply doing is what the NDC lawyers should have done a long time ago. Many of us had argued that the NPP's case was incompetent and lacks merit, citing legal principles and precedents from other Commonwealth countries. I even wrote an article entitled the President Cannot be Sued, defending the immunity of the sitting President. These fell on deaf ears and they decided to showboat be opening a defence! As I predicted, the whole thing would turn in a cir1cus and that's exactly what we are seeing.
Those CIs are simply unconstitutional and Mahama and the NDC should have challenged them and made them the main cornerstone of their defence, instead of grappling over Pink Sheets.

If you think the jdges erred, kindly file for a review of their decision in the SC and stop wasting our time in this forum. By their ruling, you still have the chance of overturning the decision in the Monah case.
