Shamelessly this is the way our ilk (asantes)think and gradually all the other tribes in Ghana are fighting us from the North to the South, and we still don't get it. We lost this election because Ghanaians hate arrogant Nana Addo. Alan cash would have done better!

Bawumia has been pathetic will lies in court, and I can tell you that if you have my kind of experience from the way judges look at evidence, then NPP must save themselves further blushes by calling it quits.

Tsatsu has done more damage than we are trying to let people people believe. Bawumia for the has been shifting posts each time he is cornered and this leaves a bad taste in the mouth of judges; mark my words! This case will bare NPP naked before Ghanaians and they will punish NPP come the next elections!

You need somebody to explain what is going on in the court room to you because no Defense lawyer worth his salt will ask open questions and ask for Defendats opinion and give the the Witness the chance to make statements.

As a Defense Lawyer, you ask questions that gives the Witness little chance to make statements. You want short answers from the Witness not what these morons called NDC Lawyers are doing to the extent of even asking Dr Bawumiah to state his opinion. Damn!!!!, I am not even a lawyer and I know this and the so called law luminary is making basic defence mistakes and even scoring an own goal by admitting an over vote.

What most of the commentators forget is that this is not a criminal trial or a personality and beauty contest. This Tsatasu is ugly, he is an ex convict, he is boring, he should go back to lecture and is a flop commentary expresses more of the shallow mentality of the commentators than the actual events unfolding at the trial.

We are at liberty to engage in our cheer leading but that will have no bearing whatsoever on the hearing and the Judges are perceptible to the subtle legal nuances that pass most people by.

Bawumia is certainly no pushover and he has done well for his side under cross examination for 6 days. But what he does not realize is that as a witness it is dangerous to get into a battle of wits with counsel as tis could be a bait. It was put to him that the collating of the evidence was not his single handed job. He thought that was a slight on his reputation and claimed sole authority of the provenance and compilation of the evidence. Then when the mis- labelling of the exhibits came up , he shifted the blame to the Commissioner of Oaths and possibly members of his team.

Yesterday it was stated to him that paragraph 65 of the affidavit stated that there were over 6000 pink sheets within the exclusive category for duplicated serial numbers. When he realized that duplicated serial numbers would not be a strong case because there is indeed other information such as polling station codes, names, names of presiding officers to differentiate each pink sheet, he then said most of these pink sheets have other irregularities. They are either exclusive or they are not. And when you have multiple irregularities which exclusive category do you place them in?

Boring or not, the case is now gaining. momentum

All it does, is say if there is an irregularity, one or several on the face of the pink sheet then all the votes cast at that polling station must be annulled. That is not analysis. He need not had bothered himself with designing 24 exclusive categories. The issue is whether a particular irregularity is so severe a statutory breach as to injure the petitioner. Multiple serial numbers is a rather spurious claim bearing in mind that there are several other pieces of information on the pink sheet to differentiate one polling station from another.

On his intelligence, what credible lawyer in this world will tender the type of letter Tsatsu tendered in the Supreme court of all courts? How can a letter be received even before it was written????? Yesterday at the Supreme Court he also fell on his own dagger when he proved that he's arithmetically deficient. Thankfully, it happened in open court in the full glare of the cameras. Surprisingly most of you are short circuiting the sequence of events leading to the outburst.

It was ethically and morally reprehensible for Addison to impute on the integrity of Tsatsu in his snide remark that, .........it was quite surprising coming from him talking about honesty......when he questioned Bawumia's candour in relations to the Pink Forms. Tsatsu was not on trial so his brush with the law in the past was immaterial at that juncture. Addison should have been censured when he made that inane statement. Bawumia was in the witness box so except for anything , phrase or what have you that had nothing in legal terms to do with the case, Tsatsu had the luxury to coax (cross examination) the honesty out of Bawumia. Do not dwell only on the "infantile outburst" of Tsatsu. Juxtapose it with the infantile petulance of Addison. Only then will you be seen as objectively addressing the issue, otherwise you are dealing with the personality, TSATSU, per se.

Remember one of the basics tenets EVERY ACTION HAS A CORRESPONDING REACTION. Even the Holy Book,- I hope you are a Christian and not a church goer- states categorically (according to, damn it, I have forgotten the page), DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD WANT THEM DO UNTO YOU. If only Addison could comport himself a a counsel of stature and eschew his annoyingly petulant behavior, everything would roll on smoothly.
