Kwame, listen attentively, there's absolutely no need for Alan to show his hand or face in the on going court case of your cousin, Akufo-Addo! Anyone with two brain cells will admire Alan's shrewd move and 'spider'-wise manner of keeping away from the 'Akyem Crew' in order not to be seen as 'opportunistic' nor become 'tainted by association with Akufo-Addo', should the Supreme Court rule in favour of President John Mahama/NDC. What you are suggesting is tantamount to throwing away the constitution and replacing it with nothing. Any transitional government in Ghana in the event of the Supreme Court ordering rerun of the 2012 presidential election, the Speaker of Parliament is the one to head such a government. Take a look at the 1992 Constitution before you come out with some ridiculous suggestion. You guys from the Busia-Danquah tradition pretend to believe in democracy but in reality your are anarchists. What you suggested is not democracy but only to suit your whims and caprices. Why Ex-President Kufuor to head your TG and not the Speaker or the Chief Justice who are constitutionally mandated to do so in such interim situations or even a neutral person such as Kofi Annan?

The shrewd manipulators are at it, again. Here we go, the obsessive supporter and relative of Akufo-Addo cunningly discouraging potential support for Allan before the former WTO leadership nominee could decide whether or not to join the race for the 2016 Presidential contest.

Look, the Prof. must better learn that the two options he tabled as the only for Allan to take on Akufo-Addo, are the least viable among Allan's options.

But for lack of space and time to discuss all now, I would hint about the likelihood of NPP dropping Akufo-Addo entirely, having him retire as a senior member who just helped restore enthusiasm to get pass Mahama.

The more energetic and unifying visionaries like Allan, Bawumia and Dr. Frimpong Boateng would be more appealing to the Electorate.

The Prof. and his cohorts may be scheming to hand the Presidency to Akufo-Addo as some inheritance. But the masses are most poised to break that legacy.

If anyone deserves to be rewarded with easy access to the Presodency in 2016, it surely isn't Akufo-Addo.

Let us stop these stupid delusional analysis. Does the constitution not have a provision that in the absence of the President and Vice-President, the Speaker takes over. For the purpose of an electoral transition does its not make sense that the head of the representatives of the people in parliament assumes office. It is the principle and its legality that matters not the satification of any group prejudices and xenophobia. No wonder you only communicate to Ghanaians via email from the comfort of far way democratic lands. Dam stupid.

For example, in Adu Boahen time there was not photo ID, nor serial numbers of ballots and other such features. I wil not agree with you that Adu Boahen and Kufour had been cowards and that Rawlings was so debilitatingly a Strongman that he was able to intimidate and traumatized his political and ideological opponents as to render them virtually impotent. After all, in the event of these circumstances that could not give enough evidence to fight their cases in court, the NPP wrote the "Stolen Verdict" that served as some of the source materials for electorl reforms.
