i am against any volunteering in GHANA. Substiquent GOVTS have always either BEGGED their way THrough problems or practised the culture of Impunity to have their way. They must first recognise that Foreighn Doctors can only work in GHANA if they are registered in ghana and secondary the GOVT must learn to prioritise Immagine they are going to borrow to build hospitals when they cannot even afford to pay their own Doctors.NO health CARE volunteering, this is tantamount to spoon feeding

Good article, we need more of those. Volunteerism should not be tied only to health care but all aspects of our lives.
