Dr. Nkrumah might have failed in some human endeavours, but he did marvelously well in education; so eventually, Nkrumah failed in nothing. He who gives education gives everything in life. Joe, Thank you.

In the mid to late 90s we were told that if we have university graduates as teachers, teaching and learning will improve at the basic and second cycle schools. Today our classrooms are filled with university graduate professional teachers yet there is no improvement in sight. This is a clear manifestation that knowledge is not confined in the four walls of a university classroom block.

I will rather attack Ghanafuo for being too known. Take. the Japanese Ministry. of Education (Munbusho) they take ten years to develop and maintain revisions in national curricular guidelines. Go Figure.
It takes ten years for the Munbusho to deterimine the curricular priorities for the next generation.
We can't agree among our educationaliits what is necessary.
