Just look at your logic:

". That was when Mr Tsatsu Tsikata suddenly cornered Bawumia and intentionally asked if he would agree to allow other irregularities that may be found outside the evidence that the NPP have presented to the SC to be annulled..."

Logically and rationally, if the petitioners are alleging of irregularities in the elections, and the respondents are objecting to it, saying that, there were no irregularity, how come, that, a question, how-ever minute, would even 'pass over'the 'brains and minds' of the counsel of one of the respondents in admission of a regularity?

This should have ended the case. The petitioners won!

Now about the re-run of the Presidential elections, I am one of the ardent advocates for this solution to the confusion.

This is not 'back-tracking' or 'back-paddling' or what- have -you, it is rather one one of the peaceful means to resolve this issue:

These are my reasons:

1. "When two elephants fight,it is the grass which suffers".

When there is an out-break of war and confusion, it my poor mother ( although , my mother is now with her ancestors) and the poor ordinary man , and woman in the street, the poor Ghanaian, who will suffer, MAYBE, Not a person like, Mr. Margaret Jackson!

2. The whole argument from the respondents counsels are dwelling on ERRORS!, Human error, Clerical and Administrative errors!

And because it was 'Mr. Errors', and not either a petitioner or a respondent who is culpable, then the only resort is a 'RE-RUN OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS', giving each party the benefit of the doubt!

The 'onus of proof' lies with a re-confirmation of the winner!

Finally, they filed a petition at the SC on irregularities. No bribery or conspiracy accusations because they were lies. Now they want are-run of the elections. Will they trust the EC to conduct it or the courts to cunduct the elections?
