One would have thought that with your level of education you will understand the word objectivity.I don't know whether you are deliberately pretending not to know what is happening or you actually don't know what is happening at the sc.Unless you want to mislead yourself, I don't see why you should put such a slant on the proceedings before the sc.The respondents foray into the npp strong hold is not to accept that over voting took place at their strong hold as well, but to demonstrate two important issues.The dishonesty of the petitioners and to establish that there were no over voting but minor administrative errors and mistakes with arithmetics which probative value is insignificant as to change the results or annul any votes.

It is unfortunate that a person of your caliber will either willfully misunderstand this line of cross examination or just being plainly mischievous.Tsatsu is a master tactician and is building a picture which will become obvious to those who don't understand what is happening at sc.

Bawumia's credibility is being shredded,The very foundation of the petition is beginning to be toyed with and by the end of the day,you will see the genius of the man Tsikata.

You are right. Tsatsu has realised the hopelessness of his clients' case and is now "fighting for draw", hoping that the SC will annul the whole election and call for a re-run in which they would hope their incumbency will help them.

The other clue was his "own goals", asking Bawumia about the President's call to allow voters to vote without biometric verification, on which Bawumia roundly trounced him.

Next was whether if a polling station over-voted by one vote, all the votes from the station should be annulled.

However, with the parlous economic/social situation facing Ghana today, that is a huge gamble, but a re-run will be the best option open to Mahama at the preseent time. He is really caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.
