It is taboo for a Mamprusi to marry a Fulani so the Gods have cursed Bawumia for this cardinal sin. The curse is manifested in him allowing himself to be allowed to be used by the Akyem mafia to act the buffoon in this stupid election petition. Now Bawumia is facing all the shame on behalf of the drug addict Nana Addo.

In case people don't know, Bawumia owes everything to NDC. JJ appointed his father as the MD of Cocobod and through this he got the chance to do his PhD abroad after leaving Legon as an ordinary student. And after his PhD his father, then MD of Cocobod, begged Kwabena Dufuor who was then the Governor of the Bank of Ghana to find any small place for his son. Kwabena Dufuor considered employed because of party connections and even though Bawumia's performance was mediocre, he protected him.

Then Bawumia decided to betray his family by flirting with NPP after the 2000 election and Kufuor forced the Governor to promote him to Deputy Governor.

How can someone be a betrayer like this?

Bawumiah has told the Court that even if 6000 pink sheets are taken from the 11800+ pink sheets the irregularities on the remaining Pink sheets are substantial enough to affect the results of the 2012 elections. The problem is not so much with the number of pink sheets but the quantum of the numbers.
The NDC is just deceiving itself by their request of counting of pink sheets. What problem will that resolve?

If pink sheets were to be counted, this time of course is not the appropriate time. The Respondents should have demanded a recount at the beginning of the trial BUT not at this time. In all Ican see that the justices are all this while leaning towards the respondents. If under NDC government, cocain is able to turn into baking soda, why is it not possible for 11842 pink sheets to be reduced by 3000 and over? The petitioners could have insisted that the end of the trial was not the appropriate time for a recount.

Tsatsu has raised issues about the discrepancies in the affidavits covering the pink sheets. If what Bawumia stated in the affidfavit and the labelling of the packages containing the sheets are different from the actual number of pink sheets inside the boxes after physical counting or auditing, then it means he tried to deceive the court, which is what Tsatsu is accusing him of. You see where the problem is. Already Bawumia has admitted to several duplications, triplications quadruplications etc, it is now a dangerous risk he has taken for accepting a recount. without the correct number of pink sheets how can he go ahead with his categories? It is not the duty of the court to sort out correct pink sheets from fake ones and proceed to examine the correct ones. once the pink sheets have been found to be contaminated and not up to the number, that is the end. Bawumia would not be able to go ahead. The cross examination would take a different line.

Would that not be looked into just because the pink sheets does not tally as Bawumia has said?
Dont you know to ere is human and that that side could be put aside but the established fact of the election malpractices could be considered as well?
The law can be interpreted to suit your cause but the judges will have to look at both opinions and see whose side is heavier.
ONCE A POINT HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED THAT THERE WERE MALPRACTICES THERE IS NO WAY THE JUDGES WILL LET IT GO.OTHERWISE JUSTICE IS NOT DONE.

I have watched all the proceedings to date,and I can tell you that the feedback I have gotten from neutral observers is the SC should not entertain this sham petition beyond Tsikata`s cross-examination? To the last person,they all agree that no amount of work done by Philip Addison can 're-habilitate Bawumiah!

Any contamination to borrow Bawumia's own words, any discrepancies in the physical number verified from that in the affiadavits and labelling would amount to deceiving the Court and have dire consequencies for the petitioners. That would never be overlooked no matter what.

The laws and ec are the best people to know if the interpretation of over voting and voting without biometric voting is acceptable or not.tsatsu himself is trying to make bawumia incredible but its superflous .buwumia is not giving any subjective eye witness account. at one point he says you and i were not there but iam talkng from the face of the pinksheet objectivity, replicable traceable these are elements of objectivity.would asiedu nketia sees as over voting where bawumia observes one on the face of pinksheet that is objectivity personal submission is irrelevant.so tags like honesty or dishonesty do not come here as tsatsu wants you people to believe. perhaps value judgement would come only during the interpretation of the laws.
