It is very obvious that most writings and commentaries made about the pending election court case are done from very polarized corners. Such is the case of this writer whose analysis I find a bit weird. I am not a lawyer but I am speaking purely by common sense analysis and objectively too. I needn't have to read every paragraph of this article to come to this conclusion. It is a known fact that each case presented in court can be judged based on logic and evidence available but one may not come by the same kind or set of evidence in every case: such that it is not feasible to collect audio evidences in this case except by a set up investigation tactics. How could NNP target whoever to collect audio or video evidence on an election day nationally? Audio and video evidences could have been possible if there were widespread disturbances which characterizes most elections in Africa. When foreign observers come in, they only look for such open disturbances which by the grace of God hasn't happened in Ghana so far except a few isolated cases. This could be the reason why whoever cheated in this election did so cleverly by manipulating the recordings. So the only hard evidence anyone could gather immediately are those produced by the pink sheets. If this writer will be very objective and have followed proceeding from the court room, she would have agreed that so far Dr Bawumia has been able to force the host of the respondent lawyers to agree to wide spread irregularities hence the counting of the pink sheets. If care is not taken at the end of the day, the poorest people in Ghana will be the less fortunate ones. There is nothing like NPP bubble busting because the best NDC has offered so far is nothing to write home about through the brutal rough tactics of the best Tsatsu Tsikata could dish out. I would really like to admonish that let everybody hold his or her horses for the conclusion of the whole case in court.
