This is a must read article for NDC followers and lawyers. They stole the election and left a big trail behind. In this computer age, one has to be careful when stealing votes in a massive way as the NDC and Afari Gyan did. Their case is so bad that even Jesus Christ may not be able to turn the tables in their favor. That explains why Quarshe Idun was sweating in court; why Tsatsu is all over the place (directionless)nd showing poor anger management and his lost teeth; and why Tony Lithur kept shouting at Bawumia (the annointed!). Unknowingly to the NDC team, the judges are mocking them behind close doors.....the party and EC must wind down and bow their heads in shame....the end is near. I'll be surprised if the final outcome goes below 9-0 in favor of the petitioners.
Mahama should start packing out of the Golden Jubilee and go beg Mills' ghost for the cold-blood murder of him. The longer the case drags on, the more they expose the rot they are trying to cover up. God bless Dr. Bawumiah!

NPP is in court to prove that there were widespread frauds, over voting, voting without bio verification and again seeking to annul 4 million votes. To prove the widespread nature of their case they gather 11,832 pink. This is what the respondents are challenging. You can convince your semi illiterate supporters. But the truth will stand. So far they haven’t been able to prove a single fraud. The over voting is being challenged. Look at Bawumias argument that empty box means zero and that they were hiding over voting and areas where physically challenged persons voted all bundle together as widespread over voting. This is ridiculous this is pure patapaaa.
He is now defining what a signature should look like. He is seeing someone’s signature as a mark. We are all not as privilege as him. We leave in a country where over 15 million people have no signatures. This I can confess my mum has no signature. If he has a huhuudious signature he should keep it to himself not insult us by saying someone’s signature is just a mark.
For example If I fail to endorse my check to the bank am I to be accused as thief when I have genuinely acquired my money. Do you not see your case as laughable?
You play a football match and after the match you call for cancellation/replay or to be declared a winner after you lose badly (5-2) because the match commissioner failed to sign the form B or the form B the match commissioner used has the same serial no as the form B used in another venue. To your own self be true.

The similarity is clear. In the same way that you think the football match is so puerile that is what NPP’s case looks like. I am not surprise at all. NPP s case is too too childish.
NPP is not challenging the voting results. They are there challenging the pink sheets because the returning officer did not sign the pink sheet. Or pink sheet bears same serial no with other polling station which their party agent has endorsed.
What else!!!!!!!!! Keep on following blindly

Votes were not cast, counted and added on CD ROM. The hard copies are the real evidence. Whiles coping a hard copy on a CD ROM I can make some changes which are not possible to be made on the hard copy.

Do I understand from what you are saying that you think all the pink sheets that make up the 11842 stated in the submissions can be found on the CD ROM, and that the photocopied sheets to be audited will unlikely be up to the 11842? Furthermore do I understand from your discourse that much as one can use and re-use items of evidence (e.g. pink sheets) several times, the central premise of the argument that in the case of this petition, in doing so, the petitioners have 'over-counted' their pink sheets is not valid?

You know, what we want to read is something balanced and sound. Some of your arguments are valid and some, sound, yet your overall argument and your deductions fall far short of what one would expect in a truly intellectual discourse.

It is often said that "if you cannot convince them, confuse them" and you have certainly confused me on this occasion.

He is trying to force down the throat of Ghanaians his bogus analysis which was premised on false assumptions and interpretations of the electoral guidelines.

Since when did an individuals analysis become the benchmark for determining the results of an election of a whole nation?
The NPPs can live in their fantasy world and depend on Bawumia's analysis which does not appeal to any discerning mind.
The CD rom is of no use since revelations from the cross-examinations suggest that the petitioners used their own discretion in deciding what needs to be included and what needs to be left out contrary to what all Ghanaians signed up to using our electoral laws and guidelines. Is he trying to establish a quasi-electoral commission.

NPP has disappointed miserably in the path they have chosen.

Mr Writer your concluding paragraph of singing to the praises of the CJ bears no link to the argument you are trying to allude to.

Unless of course she was consulted before the so called bundle of the petitioners was put together.
