  If the writer had read the electoral law he would have realized that the onus to ensure free and fair election lies with the Electoral commissioner and not party agent. A party agent is just an invitee to the Poling station to witness what is going on. A party agent cannot do anything to overrule the electoral officer appointed by the
  EC at the poling station.A party agent whether present or absent at a poling station does not validate or invalidate electoral results. When an agent signs a pink sheet he signs to attest to the information on the pink sheet and not pronounce on the legality or otherwise of what has happened at the poling station. You can use your gut feel to write but please read the law first before you make any conclusions.Ghana should be at a stage where a party does not even have to send a party agent to the poling station and still get proper results declared.This process at the court will force us to confront the demons of corruption, lies, theft and insincerity which have engulfed the entire country.

  Elections are won not only at the polling station and this is something the writer should consider, because that is not what happened in the last election. It should not be out of place for our elections to take at least three days to a week before a declaration. This is due to the lack of electricity in some parts of the country and the inaccessible nature of roads and so on. With the alleged serial numbers I want to ask the writer how a polling station agent in polling station A would know that the same serial number was used in polling station B and vice versa? I think the writer is just touting his ability of training his polling agaents.

DNA test will be taken on every person in the independent state of Akanland (Akan Republic) and the Akan Republic population would be 99.8% Ethnic Akan population only.   I wonder why some NDC people at times use half thinking approach to solve problems. A man sent his wife to go and deposit $1000 in his Bank accounts in UK. Unfortunately instead of writing $1000 the woman wrote $100. She however paid-in cash of $1000. The man sent the case to court and he won the case.
  It is only Ghana where NDC will assume that if your agent looks on and the wrong thing is perpetrated; you can't send it to court. Where is this logic coming from?
  Are we in the dark days?
