Another 'ghost' has emerged from the skies!
Anytime I see an article written by names like:
Margaret Jackson and Nana Akua Tweneboa Kodua, then, I begin to sense the contents of the article, and always, my senses serve me right.
1. I sense that the article was written by a man who is hiding under the 'clothes of man', a 'Wolf in a Sheep's skin'.
2. The contents are going to be in support of NDC government, and NDC propaganda machinery!
3.The article would not be factual and truthful!
My question then is:
Why do people hide if they are speaking the Truth?
Then , I find consolation in the saying that:
'By Their Fruits , Ye, Shall Know Them'.

"Why do people hide if they are speaking the Truth?"
So, in your informed judgement, what is it you're denying in this article? In other words, what is false in what is stated in the article?

Good! If you want to know, I will show you a few of them:
And I quote:
1."..Mr Philip Addison, the lead counsel of the NPP in the on-going Supreme Court challenge of the 2012 Presidential Election is noted for one thing, springing up to raise objections..."
2."..Mr Addison, seems not to know much about what Dr Bawumia, the “pink sheet professor” did in his analysis, therefore, he has sought multiple time.."
Is the author of this article ignorant of the fact that, Dr. Bawumia, in his capacity as a witness, cannot question Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata if he, Mr. Tsatsu is asking foolish or unrelated questions?
Does the author of this article ignorant of the court protocol that it is only the counsel of the witness who is having the right to object and direct the cross examiner?
Why should this man-woman use the adjective 'panther' to describe someone who is doing his duty perfectly?
These are some of the lies.
One who speaks the truth will never hide, it is rather the one who is consciously guilty who will hide because he/she is doing something against the dictates of his/her God-given conscience.

Is it not a lie, for this writer to say that Mr. Phillip Addison does not know what is in Dr. Bawumia's analysis?
Is it not 'stupid',please excuse me for my language, for a counsel not to know what is in the document that he is defending?
Do you see the logic here?
If it is true that a counsel should now almost everything in and about a document/ documents that he is. defending, then the writer is a liar, he does not write the truth!

That he is the one to reddem them from the disgrace that they have brought upon themselves? No wonder, the accomplished villgae rat, sir John said Bawumia is his god. Pathetic! Bawumia NPP god? Now they are runnign away from their own shadow. Never would any idiot gets up in this country, run to the court, just because they have packed it(court)with garbage and rubbish as evidence to deceive the court to disfranchise the good people of this country for the sake of a fake third class daft like Akufo Addo.

It is said that when your enemy tries to copy your dance, he or she twists his or her waist unconventionally. The question is: why was the said letter brought up in court in the first place? Tsatsu Tsikata did so in order to trick Dr Bawumia to commit himself and the NPP too: in order to butter the bread of the cheap victory NDC is trying to score in court. Tsatsu's beef was "why the charge of fraud" was not added to NPP complaint. Bawumia foresaw the schewed wisdom of the counsel hence he answered in a manner which did not commit himself; to which Tsatsu went crazy. Smart people give smart answers and this does not constitute running away from their own letter. The game plan of NDC in the court room is to discredit the petitioners hence the petitioners are prepared to denounce and rebuff the deceptive questioning of NDC counsels. Let us be objective. This is the same issue which brought the judges knocking their heads against each other. When you don't speak or write objectively, it is like kicking against the pricks. At the end of the day you wound yourself - much ado about nothing.
