NPP were asked to present a few pink sheets to court, they did not make one mistake, two mistakes or three mistakes. They presented thousands of duplicates, triplicates, quadruplicates, quintriplicates. What did they expect from the EC? Secondly, the mistakes they accused the EC of making in the NDC strongholds were made in their own strongholds too. What are they complaining about? You don't have a clue what you are talking about. Addison has been winning 75% of his objections but it is rather Tsatsu who has been losing almost all hs arguments. Tsatsu arguments are not based on law but intimidation which Atuguba has allowed to go on. If not for the other Judges, Atuguba would have thrown out the NPP case because everybody can see that he has been helping Tsatsu who has shown that he lacks courtroom experience as he has asked questions that have given Dr Bawumiah to make statements.
If Tsatsu don't want Dr Bawumiah to make statements, he should ask compact questions instead of open ended questions and sometimes even asking for Dr Bawumiah's opinion. He should tell Dr Bawumiah that HE HAS ANSWERED THE QUESTION AND DON'T NEED FURTHER EXPLANATION as any experienced Trial lawyer will do instead of always trying to cut Dr Bawumiah off by asking another question. This is where those of us with little knowledge about Trials can tell you that Tsatsu lacks the intelligence to be a Trial lawyer. He certainly is a great classroom lawyer but being a great Teacher of law does not mean you can also be a good Trial lawyer which is a specialty he Tsatsu does not have.

They are listening to evidences and arguments and they should tell the truth as their profession demands. And if they know their job well, then they should also know that is a supreme court and that they do not need to follow precedents, they set the precedents therefore have nothing to worry rather than deliver the truth and set the precedents for the posterity to follow.
