In the rush to present a cas, how can you count over 11,000 sheets correctly. We are only waiting for numerically accepted facts. The case caanot be thrown out because the so-called pink sheets fall short of the stated numbers.

The main substantive issue here is, was there any evidence of over voting, over counting, no verifications, vote irregularities and vote rigging as against the laws guiding the electoral process in favour of someone to deny the other his rightful place?

Why is the NDC adopting the slow communist tactic if they are so confident that they indeed won the 2012 clean.

Honestly, one would have thought the NDC defence team will rather assist the Supreme Court to end the court case with such professionalism and attended speed as did happened in Kenya but shockingly the "President" and his party criminals who know they dubiously in association of with the old unkept crook EC Afari Djan supported by the number one Nigerian criminal former head of state, the baboon looking Olusengu Obasanjo stole the peoples vote and the national verdict.

Truth shall definitely triumph over falsehood. Inshaalah!!!

Nii you rightly stated "The main substantive issue here is, was there any evidence of over voting, over counting, no verifications, vote irregularities and vote rigging as against the laws guiding the electoral process in favour of someone to deny the other his rightful place?" You have cleverly refused to add the second most important question the SC is asking which is summarized as follows "are these irregularities wide spread and of the nature that would affect the outcome of election 2013?" So my layman's understanding is that there may be irregularities etc but they may not be of the nature that would compel the SC to nullify the results and go ahead to declare someone else the president.

The allegations are purely base on the deductions on the 'face of the pink sheet' however it is worthy to note that no official complaint was made throughout the 26,002 polling stations by all the polling agents and numerous observers and media personnel. How strange is this. Anyone who uses loopholes in a law to his advantage is surely a frauster.

This is a big shame and a total waste of time. The original allegation of fraud, padding up of votes and inteception of transmitted collated votes have all gone missing. Pathetic.

If the pinksheets are short, then the verdict will be based on just the available sheets. No technicalities would disprove over voting if the evidence suggest that such illegal act took place. By the way why are the NDC folks pinning their hope of such bizzare scenerios in order to win their case? This is a tacit admission of culpability. It is their only hope of pulling victory from the jaws of defeat.

Common sense tells us that the intention of the court to have this audit was to have an offically agreed number to work with. Did the court throw out Tsatsu when it was found out that his mathematics was poor?
This article just confirms how desperate the NDC party is. Dream on!!

If you lot (including your NDC paymasters) think the case will be thrown out because the pink sheets do not add up to exactly 11,842 sheets you must be living in a fool's paradise. That area Tsatsu Thiefkata has moved into does not in anyway (in law) disprove the fact that several polling stations were wrought with malpractices, irregularities and statutory violations that calls for the annulment of votes in those areas. In any case why is Thiefkata afraid to use the CD rom analysis given by the main NPP witness? That is the issue in question.... not some stupid pink sheets being shortchanged to you lot. To add insults to injury your thief lawyer Thiefkata is not doing a good job defending you lot. So far all he has done (2weeks of cross-examination) is to make noise of pink sheet this and that...not a very good argument though, including shooting himself in the foot that indeed there were errors but then the NPP also made errors in presenting their exhibits without knowing the difference between these errors.
You better stop drinking heavily because the shock from the Supreme Court will definitely give you your much needed CARDIAC ARREST!!!!! Note that this time it is not 'judgement debt' being given so you better sit up and be prepared for the future.
