The main fact is that the ndc know they have lost the case. As you said, 'Thank God the hearing is live on TV and discerning Ghanaians can tell who has a case and who hasn'got defence'.

Doe, you really sound pathetic. You claim "no one" has commented on Akilu's article, and yet you have commented on it. If you consider yourself a 'nobody', so be it! In any case, i agree with Akilu that Tsatsu is deliberately wasting time and, by so doing, holding this nation to ransom; and he must be called to order. His marathon nonsense of a cross-examination is doing neither his party nor Ghana any good.

Northerners, like the black race, are cursed. They do not know what goes around them and the least education they acquire the demi-god character they assume. Mr Sayibu can read the minds of the judges and subtling urge for the verdict without delay. You may not be legally gifty, but suffice to reconised that the judges understanding of what is said in the court rooms are totally different from that of the ordinary mind. Note that in the heat of a moment ones ability to appreciate proceding deminishes. You may wish to carefully play back the whole episodes in the SC and reflect on them for an answer. For the love football, I would advice that you replay one of the matches you might have thought the black stars were cheated, and you will find that in the comfort of your room, with less tention, you are likely to detect most of the fouls committed by your dear team and end up accepting that the match was afterall fair. I recomemd the Black Star - Brasil encounter in 2006 for the exercise. Bye

You are wrong to mention anything about the writer's tribe. We are all watching the proceedings in court and there is nothing false concerning the writer's observation. With all this boring and meaningless cross examination from the other side, the evidence submitted in court by the petitioners are not dented at all. NDC are liars and criminals who would want to govern by any means but their plan would be curtailed sooner than later. NPP is going to emerge victorious and Nana will be president until 2016 when Bawumia will take over. In the end, NDC will be disintegrated. God works in a mysterious way. This court episode has made Bawumia a super star and a hero and that opens the way for him to lead the party. The northners will all come back to join NPP for a better governance. All the western and european countries are behind NPP and not the Chinese or Iran. You have to be objective and please, refrain from insulting the northners, they are great and humble people.

The respondents' reasoning is illogical. First, they said there were no irregularities, then they proved there were irregularities in NPP's strongholds. Then....they said the petitioners didn't have enough pink sheets to support their claims. Addison suggested they go to the court registrar to ask for them in case they were given less pink sheets. They said they'd been to the registrar already. Then they said "let's count what's in the courts custody if there's enough". Counting begins and now they're complaining about additional boxes being added. From where?Fools.....didn't you complain earlier the petitioners didn't have enough pink sheets? Who are you kidding? Ghanaians or only Atubuga? I've said elsewhere that Atubuga has a big chance to make history but the way Tsatsu keeps pushing him around, I'm sure he'll go down the tube with the NDC.....disgrace galore!
