its unlikely there will be a runoff rather the issue will be settled either by upholding the decision of the ec or will go straight out and award the presidency to npp. either way there can be no peace and we should expect war since it has less to do with rigging of elections rather hegemony chauvinism , authoritarian govt , ethnocentrism and tribalism camouflaged by ideology and corruption. its a do or die situation and anyone who is naive enough to think there will be no showdown after the ruling is a fool . the president is also supposed to be the commander in chief which means if he doesnt have the guts and brains to plan and execute a war effort he should not be running for president . anyone can steal power but how many can truely lead into prosperity ? jj the son of an uncircumcised rouge after over 20 years did nothing but put the economy back into the middle ages and thats a fact despite his so called eloquence in bullshiting us with ideologies he himself understood not.this ndc corrupt incompetent govt is just occupying space and wasting our time , its time to think war as they will not go away without the use of force . long live the republic of Akan

As for the analysis it rests one the interpretation (bosom) of their Lordships! Dr. Bawumiah would have done himself a lot of good he based his case on all 26,002 polling stations. That would have been conclusive, but to ignore the 2,002 other polling stations is to assume that they don't matter, and as at now we don't even know if he provided all the evidence as ordered by the court.

As to the credibility of Dr. Bawumiah, don't worry. When he lied to the court, that he was not aware that the NPP General Secretary called the elections for NADAA on December 9th, 2013 which facilitated the NPC calling a meeting, that is when he lost his credibility. And he went on to deny knowledge of the letter written to 2nd respondent by 3rd petitioner there causing a deep self inflicted wound. We live to see how re-examination helps their case

If a group of people have hallucination it does not mean that it is a fact, since hallucination has nothing to do with objective reality. Bawumia's evidence is tented with fraud, fraud that he presented to court. Since some of the so called over voting, repeat of numbers on pink sheets and returning officers not signing results sheet have been proved to be false, invariably it means that the whole evidence presented to the Supreme Court is false.

Most people in that party did not grow up with their fathers at home so, had no proper training in their infancy. Insults are normal for them because of waywardness.

We have learnt before you'er elevated to any tangible position in NPP you must undergo insults training from the pioneers before you'er given that position.

No i don't think so, but Well i used only the correct number in my analysis. So if you used the correct figure in your analysis, why then did you duplicate/triplicate the pink sheets you presented to the court? It was an error.
MY JUDGEMENT: The EC presiding officers also committed errors in their additions/ subtractions on the pink sheets, but all votes remain valid. JOHN MAHAMA WON THE ELECTIONS FAIR AND SQUARELY.
