Just consider this statement by the author of this article;

"...Even though Mr Tsikata’s application was not approved by the Justices of the SC, he opened the can of worms to Ghanaians as to the diabolical nature of the NPP and how they want to use every means possible to win this unwinnable case..."

This man, who is hiding under the cover of a woman, is writing as if he lacks basic logic.

Now consider these questions:

How did this Presiding officer of the NPP, know before-hand that the NPP was going to lose the elections?

How did this Presiding Officer know that there was going a petition to be filed at the Supreme Court by the three petitioners, and as such, he would be called as a witness and would therefore be requested to file an affidavit?

Were these the reasons why this presiding officer deliberately refused to sign the pink sheets after luring the other presiding officers to sign the petition?

If the answers to thee two questions are negative, then, serious Ghanaians should treat any article from this Man-Woman, with all the contempt it deserves, because all his articles are full of concorted LIES!

Kofi the answer is simple. The npp had plan B to prepare ground to complain. Why did they not complained in 2004 when it was on their favour?. This to win at all cost preparation but it is backfiring now.
