But I can assure you that this trick cannot work with Atuguba. The NPP case is bogus, pure and simple. No tricks will work here. How can you depend on technicalities to win after losing miserably at the polls? Remember NDC beat NPP by more than 30 seats so how can the NPP candidate convince himself that he won?
NPP's trick was this: inundate the court with all sorts of cooked up allegations backed by complicated twisting of facts and adding lies here and there, with the hope of confusing everyone so that favourable judges will rule in their favour.
