  Africans leaders don't need to think,as you suggest.Why,because our tribal tendencies will ensure they get elected whether or not they deliver to their voters and even a performing leader from minority tribes has no chance in hell to really think or lead their country.A toureg will never lead Mali,a karamoja will never rule Uganda,a ndebele has no chance in zimbabwe and a visionary Efutu has no chance in our overtribalised Ghana

  Dear writer you made a grave mistake by associating the late Mobutu with Nkrumah,Gamel Nasser and Emperor Haile Selassie.Mobutu was a CIA stooge who very much aided the colonialists to stiffle Africas development and emancipations,and subsequently made us the laughing stock and a scare on the conscience of the developed world.Mobutu is a curse to Africa and Africans.
