  Why fault the NPP for taking their grievances to the Supreme Court regarding the last elections when the law clearly warrants that? What would Kwesi Jonah have said had the NPP rather taken to the streets and wreck havoc? You can bet your last bofrot that the same Kwesi Jonah would have found his voice and berated the NPP for not following the law. Hence do or don't do these apologists for a corrupt institution and country would blame you nonetheless. What kind of nonsense is that?
  
  Ghana has many so-called intellectuals who for reasons best known to themselves cannot follow the force of their convictions and will sidestep the truth or make light of serious matters. Atuguba is another coward and NDC apologist. Have you noticed that he cracks jokes and makes light of the infractions of the NDC lawyers in court even when they disrespect him and his panel but will blurt out ominous threats to the NPP lawyers at the least infractions, even for saying things outside the court. NPP should have stuck to their guns and objected and resisted the sitting of that NDC singlet wearing judge Atuguba. May be a lot of so-called intellectuals are timid because they are reminded of the bloody abduction and murder of three Supreme Court judges by Rawlings operatives 32 years ago.
  
  That singular barbaric act by bloodstained party like the NDC explains for the paralysis of thought and boldness exhibited by Dr. Kwesi Jonah and Justice Atuguba.
  
  By the way Kwesi Jonah tutored me as a Teaching Assistant back in 1981-82. He did well. Grow some backbones guys and tell it like it is by speaking truth to power.

Tell the reading public why you think the election petition rather than vote rigging is the problem. People like you have helped politicians to screw up this nation .Problems are meant to be solved.Kicking the can down the road constitutes a bigger problem than the problem itself. It's like putting bandaid on a festering sore rather than a visit to the doctor's office .In time your condition worsens and you may have to get an amputation if you're fortunate or lose your life . If vote rigging is truly a problem in Ghana then fixing it becomes a none exempted call to national duty because we are all winners.The problem should not be examined with partisan lenses.Vote rigging is a national issue.

Is it the same things we've been doing since 1957 that have stunted our growth and development,which threaten our peace and stability daily and which cause the fear of perhaps a civil war convulsing the nation? Do you want the maintenance of the status quo which has turned our nation into a den of thieves, robbers,beggars, destitutes,delinquents,desperadoes.
  Kwame thinks the rigging but not the petition is the problem. Kwame believes Mahama has got more fingers than he won votes.Rigging can cause instability so that must be a problem. The petition is the path to peace because it resolves in a civil manner the misunderstandings and discrepancies arising from the election in a competent court of law, in this case the highest court in the nation.It's only mischief seekers and those who want to hijack the democratic process who think the petition rather than the rigging is the problem.If your thoughts are different from those espoused by the learned gentleman why do you want to deny us, the commoners,the inspiration and enlightenment from a clash of the sages? The mudslingers and vituperators path you've chosen is usually where a dunderhead bereft of ideas will go.
