Ghana lost all supreme court judges through violent rule so I thing he is cautious.

their are in court because of these false hope assured them by these men of God. if you are following the court case carefully, you will see that the so call evidence submitted to help annul the result, you will see that it has been discredited and have been proven to be false and is in bad faith. you dont need a man of God to tell you the npp is losing already. Atuguba is only applying the law base on the evidence before him. you and l were not there is not an answer and cannot win a case for you people. the court wants definite anf factual fact in the face of the pink sheet in other to annul the result and not because a man of God claim such. your men of God should be rather be careful abt the wrath of God you talk of.

In fact, if you care to know, from where I stand and to the extend I cant forsee, NPP will definately lose even the 2016 election.
You can insult, call names, scream on radio stations during discusions, make false prophetic statements and get front page headline in the media, but I put it to you (npp) that this is not your time , even 2016.
The Supreme Court is yet to confirm the fact that John Dramani Pepeni Mahama won the 2012 election.
Let me drop a piece of advice for the spin doctors , the insult crusaders and the so
called political prophets that your posture and statements both in the media and any public platform, if care is not taken will pertuate your stay in opposition.
I will not make any prophesy because there are so many polical and economic prophets parading our streets that true prophesies are not given the needed attention.

SUPREME COURT THE MOST POWERFUL BODY IN GHANA?
The petitioners case has come to an end with Ghanaians waiting for ruling of the nine wise judges on 29th August,2013 and I’m sure by 2:00 pm on that everyone will find his smoothness level. However during the course of the hearing a lot of issues crop up which need much debate and surgical discussion.
The power of the state against the individuals of the state
The simple life I have seen on earth strong state or nations did not just spring up because their supreme court was powerful or that court cannot be criticizes and when you feel compel to voice your indifference you are face with contempt in front of the same judges. Within these same judges there are those who wish to test the power of state against that of the power of individuals and see the outcome but I’m afraid that judge should not try that experiment in our life time because our state is not that powerful yet. We the people in the country have a perception of strong democratic state but I can point out this strong perceive state Ghana can be overrun by with few powerful individuals and I will entreat supreme court not to use the ordinary people’s power to match that of the powerful few because when the battle lines are drawn these ordinary people whose power is being held by the judges will either join the powerful few to form a force or they will run off with their few properties to other peaceful countries to let judges back their law with their physical strength and that is when the state will be nothing and I can tell you that our police and military today is divided among the state and opposing forces but those for the state are few and not that powerful to hold the state.
Can the Supreme Court alone match the power of the state against individuals?
There seems to be a perception being created out there that the Supreme Court is the most powerful state institution in the country Ghana now and can drag any person if they deem fit and when one is before them you either throw yourself at their feet or you are caged. This is becoming exciting because now people are not able to criticize them or draw their attention to important incidence in which they are not preview to, but I can assure them that they are becoming too powerful and in history people who allotted themselves too much power got destroyed or removed and please this is no threat to them but self check advice and please my size is too mere to be charge with contempt. My heat is this yesterday sir John escape being caged, what about tomorrow General Mosquito or a minister of state brought before it and not being so lucky get a jail sentence and the president says he won’t enforce such a ruling by telling the police and prison service not to act on it, on the hindsight should Nana Addo or candidate Mahama find himself there and being sentence to jail and his five million and over supporters step on the street to match the power of the state, what will happen to this supreme court power of the state ,I’m sure your guess is as good as mine, the state will break down. Why? Because on the two scenario the ,people will ask for impeachment and oust of the president and being powerful as he is ,his supporters will back him against the state and we will lose out as a nation by those number of people, on the other side should the supporters of Nana Addo step on the street they will outnumber the state forces and where both side apply use of weapons the result will be clear those with numbers will survive and will the supporters of the president stand aside watch the opposition run their term? The answer is no and its becomes murkier and the funny aspect is that the ordinary people whose power the supreme court experimented against the few powerful individuals by their nature will go and seek refuge elsewhere and I can assure all that the supreme building will be one of first edifice to be teared down in the cause of this melee without Atugugba JSC and his ordinary people nowhere to be found.
The above scenarios can point to the fact that supreme court alone cannot uphold peoples power without the executive and parliament and Atugugba Jsc must not denigrate politician in upholding peoples power because majority of people within executive and parliament are foremost politician and supreme court must admit we as country since we abandon our natural system of governance for democracy we cannot do away with politicians because they are key players in democratic dispensation.
When did Supreme Court judges found their voice?
The reasons why I ask the above question are:
Where these judges were when they were threaten with many ways of killing cat?
Where were these justices when one of their own Mrs. Henrietta Abban a high court judge was insulted, threatened and whitewash by ordinary people of this country because she convicted Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata for causing financial loss to the state, and this vilification crusade was lead by a newspaper called enquirer which the supreme court uses today as its source of contemptuous statement charges?
Where were Supreme Court judges when counsels were allowed to denigrate follow counsels and the whole Supreme Court as criminals and only took a retaliation to clean the slate?
Where were the judges when counsels were throwing court document like garbage on the floor and some calling all the judges retrograde?
I think the judges delayed in their delivery and in future where such excess are put in check quickly it saves a lot and will not need ranting of angry judge to threaten with matching state power against individual power to restore us to our statehood.
What is the way forward?
Congratulatory message will go to all parties to the case, the judges and Ghanaians for holding themselves together against all the odds because this is first case of its nature in our history and in future some of our errors will be corrected on time to save us the contempt baggage and also supreme court should not use this case to instill culture of silence in Ghanaians but rather see it as nation building process and not pick arms against such people because such critic are part and parcel of democracy which gave them the power to administer and uphold ordinary peoples power. Atugugba jsc is a fine Judge with his sense of humor, he could consider another career in comedy after retirement but he would have been finest if he calms his emotions when putting across his view its makes its non confrontational and eliminates any sense of biased, Julius Ansah Jsc never spoke during proceedings, silence is really golden.
Least I forget who said Ayi Koi Otoo was better than Atta Akyea, I will have been surprise if counsel Ayi Koi Otoo had gone to court arguing with the judges after seeing what happen to Counsel Atta Akyea and he only took a cue to go and plead guilty and still had longest sentence because if Sir John were not have got Gh¢ 5,000.00 he will have gone to jail for six month whiles Ken Kuranchie had ten days because he stood for his believes. I will take this opportunity to purge myself of any issue of contempt in this write up and called on supreme to forgive me if I have committed any offence and that I doff my hat for them.Hmmmmm culture of silence against freedom of speech of mind.
I can assure all Ghanaians that Ghana will not fall after the ruling by the Grace of GOD
